Was Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  A Christian? Keywords: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., civil rights, Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr., MLK, Michael King Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets. Luke 6:26  ***PREFACE*** Given the subject of this article--Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.--there is something that I want to establish here. I'm Black and there are some things that I'm glad about as a Black person. I'm glad that I don't have to sit in the back of the bus when I choose to ride one. I'm glad that I was able to attend the university of my choice. I'm glad that my husband can work in a good career. I'm glad that when we stay at a hotel we don't have to enter through the back door. I'm glad that we can eat at whatever restaurant we want to and that we don't have to stand in the kitchen to eat our food. I'm glad that I don't have to look for a "colored" sign when I ...

I am sorry to have to tell you this, but the person who wrote this article below which you sent me is in a state of confusion and lacks understanding on the subject which they wrote about.  They don't understand "when" and "what time" the "marriage supper of the Lamb" takes place. It does NOT happen at the time of the Rapture of the Church, but at the end of the tribulation periodwhen Christ returns to set up His kingdom upon the earth.   The person who wrote the following article below is taking the following Scripture they quoted "out of context" due to their ignorance on this subject. They quoted the following Scripture passage.   Quote:...."for I say to you, I will no longer eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” [Luke 22:15,16]    Jesus In Luke chapter 21 was "outlining" the future "tribulation judgments."  Then in Luke 22 Jesus eats His last ...

Subject: FW: DMV Please Keep This One Going..     YES! THIS IS FOR ALL VETERANS!!!            Today Alex went to the DMV to renew his license. When he was told to go have his picture taken he noticed that there were some men having their picture taken, these men were wearing turbins on their heads. Alex was asked to take his hat off to have his picture taken. He said "no", and "no" again when asked the second time. When he was asked why he would not remove his hat he said, "those men didn't remove their head wear, I shouldn't either". It was explained that this was their attire and their religion. Alex told the DMV person that what he had on was his attire and when he entered the Marines he declared an oath to the USA, and one nation under God, so that his oath was under God so just as good as his religion. Well, the DMV people didn't know what to do, they spoke to supervisors and called Sacramento. Alex was told, after an hour, th...

Day By Day By Grace Bob Hoekstra January 15, 2016 The Law Tutoring People to Christ Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. (Galatians 3:24-25) The ultimate ability of the law of God is its capacity totutor people to Christ. "The law was our tutor to bringus to Christ." It is the plan of God to use His law to inform us about our great need for Jesus Christ. Remember the summaries of the law of God: "be holy, be loving, be perfect." The law demands that we be holy. We are convicted that we are not holy. Thereby, the law is saying to us: "You need Jesus Christ." The law requires that we be loving. We realize that we are not loving. Thereby, the law is declaring to us: "You need Jesus Christ." The law insists that we ...
