    Yes, others have commented on her bizarre, inappropriate laughter as well. This is what can happen when someone is chosen for leadership because he or she checks at least some of the right (oops--left) boxes--in Kamala Harris's case, a black woman. Besides her frequent, inappropriate laughter, more importantly, she has consistently shown herself to be thoroughly incompetent as Vice-President. I'm convinced this is part of the Lord's judgment that He continues to inflict on the U.S.
