The Holy Spirit doesn't communicate to us through small voices in our head. He communicates to us through Scripture. If any idea enters your mind that contradicts the Bible, it wasn't from the Holy Spirit.
Then for the love of God, Danny, STOP using your corrupted NIV Bible. Use the KING JAMES Translation. Do you not realize how perverse your so called NIV (and all modern Bible translation) Scripture is??? Please just check how your NIV compares to KJV Isaiah 14:12 - Revelation 22:16; Swapping Jesus with Satan. Psalm 12:6,7; God doesn’t watch over his Word in NIV Galatians 2:16,20. NIV - Our Faith In Jesus vs the KJV - Faith of Jesus Christ Thousands of other horrific errors… You’re preaching another Gospel using your NIV REPENT!!!
Andrew doesnt understand how translations and languages work KJV onlyism is an extremely silly minority position. And no, it’s not “accurate to the original”… it’s still a translation with interpretation. All translations are littered with interpretations of the translator. If you want to read it correctly and the most accurate, learn Hebrew and Greek. Don’t rely on a book written in 16th century English that the majority of the US doesn’t have the education level to understand.

No Fool, I've dedicated the past 20 years of my life to study languages. I'm a licensed language teacher and have worked years with linguists. Including years working with a Greek/Hebrew Harvard Linguist who is also a King James Only for a reason. Tell me why your modern bibles confuse Satan with Jesus Christ and teach another gospel and delete Jesus Christ etc. You can not and will not you blind FOOL. Here are the receipts.

Those aren’t sources, those are your own blog posts. Theres also been several manuscripts found since the KJV translation. You don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. Can we get proof of your language credentials please… we’re not just making statements without proof here.
My Response:

Darren, I must use you as my new case study, a fair test of whether you truly understand what you’re arguing about. I am not trying to change your mind. I am using you so students can learn from you as an ENSAMPLE.
(See my study on why the King James Bible uses both ENSAMPLE and EXAMPLE:
https://www.thethirdheaventraveler.com/2025/10/why-king-james-bible-distinguishes.html.
1 Corinthians 10:11 KJV: “Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.”
You demand credentials as if the Word of God needs a diploma to defend it 😂… Acts 4:13KJV: the rulers perceived Peter and John as “unlearned and ignorant men… and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.”
My B.A. and language-teaching license are real. My years of research and working with learned Phd Scholars are real as I documented my testimony and study on my blog, which you dismissed without reading. That isn’t scholarship. It’s answering a matter before hearing it (Prov 18:13KJV).
You’re right that all translations involve choices. That’s exactly my point. In Galatians 2:16 and 2:20, Paul’s Greek reads pistis Christou, “the faith OF Christ.” The KJV translated what Paul wrote. REPEAT: The KJV translated precisely what Paul wrote… The NIV CHANGES this … repeat CHANGES this to “faith IN Christ,” a MAJOR DOCTRINAL Distinction I pray you can see IF you’re not blind in accordance with Isaiah 6 and Matthew 13 KJV….
So kindly speak the truth and tell me:
Why did the NIV change the genitive?
Do you know what the “genitive” means here in this context? Can you truthfully explain the difference in the genitive use here, ESPECIALLY switching PRONOUNS and why this makes a HUGE difference???
Because this is what it’s all about, isn’t it, Darren?
STUDY…2 Timothy 2:15: “STUDY to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
(Compare the NIV: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.”
The KJV commands STUDY. The NIV says “do your best.” “Rightly dividing” becomes “correctly handles.”
The modern version softens a command to diligent study into a suggestion of effort. You just proved which one you follow: you told me to go learn Hebrew and Greek, yet you wouldn’t do your best to read one blog post.)
Not “show me your papers.”
STUDY. Rightly dividing the word.
Do that, and then we can talk.
Perhaps you can become my bible student if the Lord softens your heart and you're not hard hearted (read with fear Luke 8:13 and Matthew 13:13,19 KJV)
Are you going to be one of those who is ever learning and yet never coming to the TRUTH???
2 Timothy 3:7 KJV.
MORE Proof of Scriptures here:
In Galatians 2:16 and 2:20, Paul’s Greek reads pistis Christou, “the faith of Christ.” The KJV translated what Paul wrote. The NIV changed it to “faith in Christ,” a theological choice that many modern scholars dispute. Why did the NIV change the genitive?
Kindly speak the truth and tell me if you know what the “genitive” means here in this context.
Here is a direct comparison of the KJV and NIV on the requested passages, focusing on the textual and interpretive differences.
1. Isaiah 14:12 and Revelation 22:16
Isaiah 14:12KJV: “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!”
NIV: “How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!”
22:16KJV: “I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.”
Note: Darren: Compare the word ROOT here with the warning in Matthew 13:21 KJV..
NIV: “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.”
Key difference and significance:
The Hebrew of Isaiah 14:12 is helel ben-shachar (“shining one, son of the dawn”), a rare term often linked to Venus (the morning star). The KJV uses (“light-bearer”) and treats it as a proper name (“Lucifer”).
This is Satan (or the king of Babylon as a type of Satan’s fall). The NIV (and most modern versions) renders it descriptively as “morning star.” Revelation 22:16 uses similar language for Jesus (“bright and morning star” / “bright Morning Star”).
2. Psalm 12:6–7
KJV:
“The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.”
NIV:
“And the words of the LORD are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times.
You, LORD, will keep the needy safe and will protect us forever from the wicked.”
Key differences:The KJV’s “them” in verse 7 is widely understood by KJV advocates as referring back to “the words of the LORD” in verse 6, supporting the doctrine of the preservation of Scripture. We have to understand Grammar basics of anaphoric reference to understand that God preserves his WORD forever...
And any bible student knows this is only the TIP of the Proverbial Iceberg..
