Matthew 7:15

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

King James Version (KJV)

Additional disclaimer:

Scope of the rebuke

I do not discount Tyler Wood’s urgency about the last days, or that this age is closing. The problem is the double bind I keep finding in false prophets and teachers: a true warning, then a poisoned cure. Ezekiel 33:3-6 KJV is right that the watchman must cry out, or the blood is on his head. Crying the warning is one thing. Leaving out major doctrine is another, and it is serious. That is why the charge here is to study to show ourselves approved, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15, KJV).

TYLER posts great content to WARN and then what?
... he turns and gives his sheep a false gospel, then denies them the blessed hope, and claims he is NOT a prophet but presents the work as prophet who is not subject to the prophets.

I pray he REPENT:

Galatians 1:8

“But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”

Galatians 1:9

“As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

I STRONGLY REBUKE TYLER WOOD in accordance with Doctrine of the King James Bible based on 3 primary reasons. I pray he REPENTS.

One: He is preaching ANOTHER GOSPEL and is accursed in accordance with Galatians 1:8,9 KJV. See details:

Two: He is preparing his flock for the TRIBULATION and not the blessed hope of the RAPTURE. WOE BE TO HIM WHO LOOKS FOR THE DAY OF THE LORD.

Amos 5:18

“Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.”

King James Version (KJV)

Three: He says he is not a prophet but functions as a prophet.

Word on Prophets.. As all false prophets he claims he’s not a prophet but works as a prophet, see my studies on prophets.

Jeremiah 23:16–22, 31–32. “Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD… I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied… Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith.” The disclaimer does not clear him. Running with “the Lord placed this on my heart,” when the Lord did not send him, is the charge.

Ezekiel 13:2–7. “Prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the LORD… They have seen vanity and lying divination, saying, The LORD saith: and the LORD hath not sent them… Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The LORD saith it; albeit I have not spoken?” Saying he is not a prophet, then delivering a revelation from the Lord, is this pattern.

Tyler Wood (The Tyler Wood Encounter) PRESENTS his strongest documented points are his FALSE GOSPEL, LOOKING FOR HE DAY OF THE LORD, SELF-DESCRIPTION AS NOT A PROPHET BUT WORKING AS A PROPHET.

In the featured video “It’s All About to Happen. You Need to Prepare Your House: A Warning from God” (uploaded 2 October 2026, roughly one hour), the episode notes and available summaries state that he presents a “heavy Revelation and Warning the Lord has placed on my heart,” that “the Season of Trial & Tribulation is at the Door,” and that listeners should prepare house and heart because 2027 “is about to get Biblical.”

Summaries of the same video record him explicitly saying he is not claiming to be a prophet while describing a divine calling as an evangelist to “sound the alarm.”

I can not find in the several links I explored of his work anything of DOCTRINE other than a  “WARNING TO THE CHURCH: The Coming Tribulation, Beginning of Sorrows & Persecution of The Saints,” ... etc.   Nothing have I found that contains a teaching of the pre-tribulation rapture or of the church’s blessed hope as an any-moment catching away before Daniel’s seventieth week. The consistent frame is imminent trial, tribulation, persecution of the saints, physical provisioning, and spiritual readiness to endure.

The featured video records a personal anecdote about a dying friend named Freddy whom he encouraged to seek the Lord and ask God to remove anything that might hinder entry into heaven.

Other episodes summarized in search results show repeated calls to pray for a clean heart, for removal of unrighteousness or strongholds, for protection and discernment, and for breaking generational yokes through prayer and fasting, alongside promotion of his House of Prayer project. Clear, repeated presentations of the gospel as Christ’s finished substitutionary death, burial, and resurrection received by faith alone (apart from ongoing performance as the ground of acceptance) are not the center of the summarized segments; the emphasis falls on preparation, obedience, worthiness language, and intercession. Separate public criticism of his channel also alleges he rejects once-saved-always-saved and treats it as a false gospel.
