The word plenipotentiary (from the Latin plenus "full" and potens "powerful") has two meanings. As a noun, it refers to a person who has "full powers". In particular, the term commonly refers to a diplomatfully authorized to represent a government as a prerogative (e.g., ambassador). As an adjective, plenipotentiary refers to something—an edict, assignment, etc.—that confers "full powers".[1]

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities of an Ambassador Ambassadors are subject to a wide range of responsibilities dealing with foreign relations. Each task is carried out in a diplomatic manner that's engineered to meet the needs of the ambassador's home country while maintaining a positive relationship with that country

Another responsibility of an ambassador is to act as a representative of their country of origin. They attend social functions, political parties and banquets with the intention of smoothing relationships between nations. As a representative, they also offer up their home country's position on numerous political, social and economic platforms

 OUR AUTHORITY

Ambassadors are diplomats of the highest rank, formally representing the head of state, with plenipotentiary powers (i.e. full authority to represent the government). ... Among European powers, the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary was historically regarded as the personal representative of the Sovereign.

Jesus Blessing people Wallpaper

And the blessings of Abraham are mine through Jesus Christ. Amen.  Galatians 3:14

We're grafted into the seed of Abraham through Jesus Christ. Galatians 3:6-9, 16Romans 9:6-811:17, 24

The Seven-Fold

What was the seven-fold blessing Abraham received from God?

Abraham's seven-fold blessing in Genesis 12:2, 3: -
1. "I will make of thee a great nation,
2. And I will bless thee,
3. And make thy name great;
4. And thou shalt be a blessing;
5. And I will bless them that bless thee,
6. And curse him that curseth thee:
7. And in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
"

Let us boldly come before the throne of God through our Redeemer Jesus Christ and boldly, by faith receive these blessings in carrying out our roles as God's High Priests.  Amen.

NOTES:
BELOW ARE NOTES TO SHOW HOW WE ARE THROUGH GOD'S GRACE ABLE TO BE HIGH PRIESTS AND BE EQUIPPED BY BLESSINGS TO CARRY OUT OUR PRIESTLY DUTIES.  Especially note how God understands our complete inadequacy to fill the role, but, through His son Jesus Christ, we are in fact worthy to receive the seven-fold blessing of Abraham. Amen.

Jesus is our High Priest under the order of Melchizedek sits on the blood sprinkled mercy seat. The blood sprinkled mercy seat represents our atonement.  There are 7 distinct functions a High Priest does in AtonEment. (the letter E in atonement is the 5th letter in the word, 5 represents God's perfect grace. Amen!

What is the SPRINKLING performed at the temple?

The seven-fold sprinkling implies that it was perfectly and spiritually efficacious.
On the great Day of Atonement the blood was sprinkled "ON the mercy-seat eastward." This was Godward, and therefore it was once done and on the mercy-seat. But "BEFORE the mercy-seat" it was to be sprinkled seven times. Before* the mercy-seat seven times, because this was the perfect testimony for the people that the atonement for their sins was accomplished.
* It was directly before the Tabernacle that the blood of the red heifer was sprinkled seven times, Numbers 19:4. The leper also was cleansed in the same place with a seven-fold sprinkling of the blood of the killed bird (Leviticus 14:7,11).
  1. On the mercy-seat (Leviticus 16:14).
  2. Before the mercy-seat (Leviticus 16:14).
  3. Before the veil (Leviticus 4:17).
  4. On the horns of the golden altar (Exodus 30:10).
  5. On the horns of the brazen altar (Leviticus 16:18).
  6. Round about upon the altar (Leviticus 16:19).
  7. The blood that was left poured out at the foot of the brazen altar (Leviticus 4:18).

The Seven Words to the Woman of Samaria

The seven words to the woman of Samaria in John 4 are full of interest, and the perfection of Christ's dealings with her is thus stamped.
  1. 4:7. Attracting her attention by His question, "Give Me to drink?"
  2. 4:10. Leading her to ask it of Him.
  3. 4:13,14. Describing the water which He gives.
  4. 4:16. The arrow of conviction, "Go," "call," and "come."
  5. 4:17. Increasing the conviction.
  6. 4:21-24. Answering her questions and her doubts.
  7. 4:26. Revealing Himself.

What were the seven miracles Jesus performed on the SABBATH?
