Strong's Hebrew concordance # 3389 gives two ways to spell the city of Jerusalem.  One spelling consists of 6 letters, and the other spelling consists of 7 letters.  One has the extra letter of "Yod = 10."

600  30    300     6    200  10 / total = 1146..........( Definite article ) The = 5 + 1146 Jerusalem = 1151

י  ר  ו  ש  ל  י  ם   
600  10   30    300     6    200  10 / total = 1156

Here below is the Greek for Jerusalem.

Heb 12:22......But ye are come unto Mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels.....etc....etc."

( Greek ) Jerusalem,Ιερουσαλημ G2419 Hierousalem/ gematria value = 864

Now watch what happens when we take the 6 letter Hebrew spelling of Jerusalem and put the definite article "The = 5" in front of it, and then add this value to the Greek spelling for Jerusalem and its gematria value.
