Hegseth’s Pulp Fiction Blasphemy: Hollywood “Scripture” Blesses Zionist War as God Judges Hypocritical Israel

Why do you and your kind cherry pick one scripture and leave out the 24 chapters preceding about how much God hates unrepentant Israel’s bloodshed and sacrificing their children on the altars of Baal?

 The first 24 chapters of Ezekiel are a blistering indictment of Israel’s own idolatry, hypocrisy, and evil. 

Judah had filled the land with violence, shed innocent blood, sacrificed their children to idols, and committed spiritual adultery while pretending to serve God.

While invoking the name of Jesus over U.S. military operations tied to Iran, Hegseth recited the long, theatrical monologue from Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction—Samuel L. Jackson’s fabricated “Ezekiel 25:17”—as if it were the inspired Word of God.

Here is the actual Ezekiel 25:17 (KJV):

“And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.”

The Hollywood version is pure fiction—Tarantino’s imagination. Hegseth weaponized the movie script as “Scripture” to bless killing and vengeance.

This is open blasphemy from the highest levels of American power.

Now let us examine what Ezekiel 25 actually says—

Ezekiel 25 is God’s pronouncement of judgment on the nations surrounding Judah: Ammon, Moab, Edom, and Philistia. 

Their specific crimes? They rejoiced with malicious glee when Babylon destroyed Jerusalem and carried Judah into captivity. 

They clapped their hands, shouted with spite, and took revenge on the weakened people of God. Ammon invaded and plundered; Moab mocked and said “Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the heathen”; Edom acted with perpetual hatred and shed the blood of the children of Israel; the Philistines executed ancient vengeance.

God declares He will destroy them with “furious rebukes” so they will know “I am the LORD.”

The massive irony—and the part most Christians miss—is that wicked Israel is included in the very context of this judgment.

This is the boiling pot building against Israel today. The hatred, the wars, the international isolation, the rising storm from Iran and beyond is not random. It is the sovereign hand of the same God who judged ancient Judah. 

Modern National Zionist Israel—built on Talmudic tradition, political power, and rejection of the true Messiah Jesus Christ—is repeating the exact sins of hypocrisy and idolatry. 

They claim divine right while practicing evil, and the world is now clapping its hands in spite, just as Ammon and Moab did.

God hates hypocrites (see the blistering words of the prophets and the Lord Jesus in Matthew 23). 

He hates idolatry. He hates evil cloaked in religious language. Pete Hegseth, you stand in the Pentagon blending Hollywood fiction with the name of Jesus to invoke vengeance for a Zionist-aligned military machine. You are the modern embodiment of the very hypocrisy Ezekiel condemned.

America has become the mirror image of apostate Judah. We are a nation that “obeyeth not the voice of the LORD their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth” (Jeremiah 7:28 KJV).

Therefore, the command of God stands:

“Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up cry nor prayer for them, neither make intercession to me: for I will not hear thee.” (Jeremiah 7:16 KJV)

True Saints of the Lord Jesus Christ are permitted to rejoice when God executes righteous judgment upon His enemies and the wicked systems that persecute His people.

Scripture holds no contradiction on this matter. 

Proverbs 24:17-18 warns against carnal, malicious rejoicing over a personal enemy with a proud or vindictive heart. 

However, the Bible openly commends godly rejoicing when the Lord brings down evil. Psalm 58:10-11 declares, “The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance… So that a man shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth.” Revelation 19:1-2 shows the saints in heaven shouting “Alleluia” for God’s true and righteous judgments upon the great whore who corrupted the earth and avenged the blood of His servants. 

This joy is worshipful, rooted in truth, humility, and recognition of God’s sovereignty — never personal vengeance (Romans 12:19). Saints may rejoice in the defeat of evil when it glorifies God and upholds justice. What is forbidden is fleshly gloating or usurping God’s role as Judge.

Pete Hegseth, your fake “prayer” is the perfect emblem of a nation in open rebellion and derision before Almighty God. Repent. Turn from this abomination. 

The judgment is not coming—it is already here, and the boiling pot against hypocritical Israel and its American enablers is boiling over by the hand of the very God you pretend to serve.
