Jesus has always existed for eternity. He spoke to Moses in the burning bush, he spoke to the Hebrew children who closed their ears in terror. Exodus 3:1-2,20:18.

 However, On that day when Jesus brought himself through the womb of Mary making himself of no reputation made in the Likeness of men, coming as a servant - He immediately became known as The Son of God. 

Yes, the Ancient of Days, Jehovah, The Lord, The Redeemer, The Everlasting Father GOD who is Jesus Christ who existed as a man before time and for eternity became the SON OF GOD when he was born in the manger. 

Read and study Luke 1:35, 2:21, Philippians 2:7-10. 

So how could Jesus be talking from Heaven and His Body is now on earth as the Son of Man, The Only Begotten Son of God?

 Jesus was talking to His Spirit, the Father, and not talking to himself in John 17, 

God is SPIRIT and INVISIBLE Colossians 1:15 and NOT a person see the exhaustive details in the studies. Jesus Christ is the ONLY PERSON BODY IMAGE. Read Colossians 2:8,9. KJB.

The Spirit of God, The Spirit of CHRIST Himself is EVERYWHERE REPEAT EVERYWHERE 24/7.

Yes, The Father  = The Spirit of Christ  Was Speaking to Jesus at his baptism, Yes, The Father = The Spirit of Christ was speaking to Jesus at the Transfiguration. 

In my study links please understand that The Father, Our Heavenly Father is GOD who is SPIRIT, and no man has seen. The Spirit is NOT A person (read the details in Blog study links to this video) The Spirit is NOT a BODY seen to the human eye. The Spirit is NOT A SEPARATE person, god, but rather the Spirit of Jesus Christ functioning as The SOUL. (Soul = Will, Mind,). Jesus said I came to do the WILL of my Father who sent me.
