Warning: The Bible Project. #TimMackie is a ravenous crafty wolf






The above video is a basic teaching overview of the book of 1 Corinthians.  I don't know much about the creator of this video, The Bible Project  https://thebibleproject.com/  , but on the surface they seem to be okay. (Note: recently found heretical teaching from the author of Bible Project. See  comments below)  I am concerned that the author misses the central and most critical point in teaching this lesson and possibly in all his video lessons. Please read my comment below:

You need to make sure your viewers understand what you coin as "The Lens of The Gospel" .  All details around the central theme of The Gospel  is supporting  issues  or scaffolding around The Gospel.  You've told your viewers there's an 800 pound Gorilla in the room, but then you go on to describe all the items in the room, never really hitting the main issue.  Let's tell your viewers all about the most important and honestly the only issue Paul drives home over and over throughout the Epistles.  "The Gospel" is centerpiece of the entire ministry of Paul which is found here in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.   This is the lens of the Gospel which is THE GOSPEL = A person is saved from eternal damnation if they believe that their salvation comes only by belief in that "JESUS CHRIST CAME, HE DIED, HE WAS BURIED AND HE ROSE AGAIN ON THE 3RD DAY...." This is the mystery of the church aka the new dispensation of Grace and not works for salvation that was revealed to Paul by God. Our only focus is on Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith.  Thank you.   Today after the above was posted I found the name and creator of Bible Project. Tim Mackie. Please see video below where he attempts to deceive us into thinking that Hell is not a physical place what the Bible teaches but something created by man by our tongue. This makes Tim a heretic.     Our church introduced this week this man, Tim Mackie, checks were flying everywhere. My husband and I approached our Pastor about this man. Did a big search about the the tongue mentioned in James, this was introduced during Wednesday night Bible study. only to find out that his wife was pushing this gentleman and saying that our tongue was unleashing hell on earth. 😵. Apparently, our pastor did not go deep enough in studying what this man even said he even told us he hesitated to Show this video. We told him You should’ve gone prayer about this guy. Then he told us that he knows these guys? What??? My husband told him Paul mentions for us to mimic him as he does Christ. The pastor looked confused, Refusing to recant his stance, His wife was the one that was pushing it. First thing that came to my mind was a Jezebel spirit. Never going back to that church….
