Why is your Pastor using a New Perverted Bible Translation?
John 10:27-28King James Version
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

Before addressing why King James Version Bible only, I address Pastor. The word Pastor is not even mentioned in scripture. My Brother in Christ has an excellent article on this I set in notes below. Also please see related links to the fallen state of church building operations clearly now in the Laodicean church and why KJV only links below in notes.
Now addressing New Bible Translations. Is your Bible a King James Version translation? You're told that it doesn't matter and that there are many translations that are better suited for today's Christian. You're told by supposed leaders of the church who were trained in apostate seminaries that question the divinity of Jesus Christ that modern Bible translations are much better than the old King James Version. If you think I'm lying I openly challenge you to email me and let's discuss. My email is vietrandy@gmail.com. I personally had a front row seat to my son going through Fuller Theological Seminary. He'd read quotes from his text books that went beyond apostate but were actually blasphemous. You're told that the King James Version Bible has many errors and is no longer viable for today's language. I promise you that the vast majority of Christians today are using a PERVERTED BIBLE translation and are perfectly comfortable with this.
I used to follow the same logic, having been spoon fed false teaching for years after the King James Version scourge happened back in the 1970s. In 1972 my siblings and I received brand new LIVING BIBLE for teens as an Easter present. I used to believe that whatever translation one had never mattered and it wasn't essential doctrine to which translation one followed. I was wrong and now believe with all my heart that whatever Bible translation one reads is of critical importance and IF one is truly saved I doubt they'll be reading a perverted translation. One's salvation is known only be God. So I'd offer that IF one is saved and reading a perverted translation through ignorance then their level and depth of understanding God's word and their corresponding relationship with God is severely shallow in other words the person is drinking milk and not weaned. The ramification of this is the rewards at the BEMA JUDGEMENT of Christ and the Saints position in the Kingdom of God within the Kingdom of Heaven. A different subject for a different day for sure. Please read my studies on inheriting the kingdom vs entering the kingdom of God.
The wolves out there today also use another ploy that to really understand the word of God you must be fluent in Hebrew and Greek. If you do not understand (be a native speaker) then you do not understand. Aamir Tsarfati, Steven Ben Nun, Jacob Prasch, and many other false teachers are out there blabbering this nonsense. If you doubt what I'm saying I implore you to read this book by Dr. William P Grady, "Final Authority". After reading this book, you can look at reprobates like Jacob Prasch, Aamir Tsarfati, and Steve Ben Nun and tell them they are ignorant, lost fools. Jacob Prasch claims to be a scholar in both Hebrew and Greek and a Messianic Jew but in reality is terrible mixed up in essential doctrine and especially eschatology. Or Aamir Tsarfati who mocks the English Bible translations by telling his listeners, "poor you, for not speaking Hebrew" to understand what is being said here, but teaches a false gospel and is nothing more than a charlatan fleecing the flock. Or Steven Ben Nun who says, "sadly the English translation is not at all what's being said here and you must understand Hebrew (like I do), but mangles scripture to fill his agenda to take your money.
The Lord has placed it upon my heart to bring out some quotes from Dr. Grady's "Final Authority" regarding:
Begin Quote Chapter 1 Pages 1 and 2.
"No man can serve two masters..." Matthew 6:24a (a= authorized version 1611 KJV)
The story is told that when Sir Walter Scott lay dying, he asked his son-in-law to bring him "The Book." With astonishment the young man replied, "Father, your library contains thousands of volumes, including your own works. To which book are you referring?" The veteran author immediately replied, "There is only one book which we all call 'The Book.' Bring me the Bible."
Sadly such reverence can no longer be conveyed to our present "Bible-of-the-Month-Club" generation. Following an uncontested reign of 270 years (1611-1881), "The Book " has been challenged by an ungrateful people and must now "share" final authority with over two hundred (200) other "The Books." Scott's noble words have become pearls before swine.
Consequently, as the children of Issachar were commended for their "understanding of the times" 1 Chronicles 12:32, God's people of today need a similar discernment to recognize Satan's final assault on the King James Bible via an unprecedented cannonade of modern English versions. The purpose of this chapter is to provide such insight. In is significant that this escalating demand for bogus Bibles continues to stem from professing Christians. For example, one highly respected and nationally known Baptist pastor has recently endorsed the Living Bible as follows:
The Living Bible has ministered to me personally every morning for many years. There is no way I can measure the spiritual contribution the Living Bible has made to my ministry.
Could this influential brother (I wouldn't call him a brother, but Dr. Grady chose to) have been totally awake when "ministered to" by the updated version of Elijah's run-in with the prophets of Baal?
Perhaps he is talking to someone or else is out sitting on the toilet (Living Bible 1 Kings 18:27)
Was his understanding and appreciation for the second coming of Christ warmly enhanced by the modern rendition? And if someone asks them, what are these scars on your chest and your back you will say, I got into a brawl at the home of a friend. (Living Bible, Zechariah 13:6)
(My comment: Zechariah 13:6 KJV reads: "And one shall say unto him, What are those wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends." This verse in context refers to the 2nd Advent of Jesus Christ when the remnant of Israel who are saved realize that Jesus is their true Messiah and his pierced hands whom they pierced was done by their blindness. Read the corresponding verses: Zechariah 12:10 KJV, John 19:37, 20:24-28 KJV. Modern Bible translations and false teachers tell their dumbed down sheep that Zechariah 13:6 is talking about false prophets who are beat up all over their body. This completely takes Jesus out of the picture which is what Satan's work is all about. I wish Dr. Grady would have given an even more shocking example where the Modern Bible translations confuse Jesus Christ with Satan. Read my information below in notes, but in short, take a moment to read and compare an NIV Bible with a KJV Bible when reading these two verses: Isaiah 14:12 and Revelation 22:16. The NIV calls Satan, Jesus Christ. )
Continuing with Dr. Grady's quotes:
Pages 8-11:
3. Any man or movement which encourages doubt in God's word is satanically motivated. Paul warned the carnal Corinthians, "But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so our minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 2 Corinthians 11:3 KJV. After nineteen centuries of fidelity, the majority of God's people (I differ from Dr. Grady calling these God's people) are suddenly found to be departing from Christ's simplicity at breakneck speed. With a different English version arriving approximately every 6 months to update the "archaic" authorized version (KJV 1611), a recent work promoting the King James Bible was appropriately entitled, "Which Bible?" When men begin to ask this question, you can be sure that Satan is close at hand, "For God is not the author of confusion. 1 Corinthians 14:33 KJV.
The motives behind such intentional deception may be traced back tot he ancient sect of the Nicolaitanes. Although twice mentioned in Revelation (2:6, 15), their appearance in church history is unfortunately negligible. What we do know is that Jesus stated His intense hatred for their activities. The cause for this divine provocation can be determined by examining the root words for "Nicolaitanes." "From nikao, 'to conquer,' and laos, 'the people', or 'laity'.
Apparently, Nicolaitane theology divided God's people into an unscriptural, dual class structure of clergy and laity. Whenever a doubt-spreading "cleric" could convince a mere "layman" of his inability to comprehend Divine revelation, he would "conquer" him by substituting his own warbly-voiced opinions for final authority. Rather than lead his flock by example, the Nicolaitane heretic preferred to lord over God's heritage.
With the passing of time came the inevitable deterioration. As local assemblies ceased hating Nicolaitane deeds (Revelation 2:6 KJV), they were soon found holding Nicolaitane doctrine (Revelation 2:15 KJV). after inspiring the intellectually oriented secret societies of Gnosticism for two centuries, Nicolaitane philosophy found its most destructive fulfillment in the priestly class of Roman Catholicism.
Rome's rise to power was made possible by another season of doubting God's ability to preserve His word. By the end of the 4th century, a number of corrupted manuscripts were circulating throughout the empire. Capitalizing on this opportunity to cause greater confusion, the Catholic scholar Jerome attempted a major revision of the "Old Latin" Bible (also known as the Itala) Bible second-century translation revered as the preserved word of God for Latin-speaking believers.
With the celebrated arrival of the corrupt "Latin Vulgate" in 420 AD., the question of "Which Bible?" was soon being heard in the land. As infallibility could no longer be claimed for a book, it was now to be promoted in a man. In the year 440AD, Leo I became history's first authentic pope by having forcefully secured universal submission to his personal authority.
For the next ten centuries, God allowed rebellious man to experience the blessings of Satan's millennial kingdom. With true believers and their Bibles forced underground, this period of history beame known as the "Dark Ages." Throughout the era of Nicolaitane bondage, Europe's laity wallowed in filth, ignorance, famine, despair, pestilence and barbarism.
Thanks to a timely revision of the archaic Old Latin , infant mortality rates swelled to such unparalleled levels that children were not even given names until their seventh birthday. The general population was so benighted that even the most elementary principles of personal hygiene were shrouded in mystery. It was not until the Crusaders traveled to the Middle East that the benefits of daily bathing were discovered. Prior to this, the bath was almost a monthly ritual with hefty amounts of cologne being used between washings. Concerning the statement that "truth is stranger than fiction, it is not uncommon in siege warfare to observe plague-ridden corpses being catapulted over city walls.
Such deplorable conditions continued to exist in direct proportion to the clergys suppression of Scripture. Laymen for example, were expressly forbidden to read the Bible by the Council of Toulouse in 1229. Thus we see that the secret to Nicolaitane dominance is the sustained ignorance of the laity; it was the prophet Hosea wrote: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." (Hosea 4:6 KJV).
The great need of common men to regain direct access to the scriptures was beautifully articulated by the 14th century reformer John Wycliffe: "What sort of Atichrist is this who, to the sorrow of Christian men, is so bold as to prohibit the laity from learning this holy lesson which is so earnestly commanded by God? every man is bound to learn it that he may be saved, but every layman who shall be saved is a very priest of God's won making, and every man is bound to be a very priest."
Wycliffe channeled this passion into the first translation of the entire Bible in the English language. Satan's wrath fell swiftly on this project and hounded all ensuring translation efforts. (Fully explained in Chapter 9.)
The arrival of the Authorized Version in A.D. 1611 (The King James Bible). was met with immediate resistance by Jesuit agents from Rome. (See my notes below on the history of the King James Bible). With such fury intensifying unabated, we are suddenly confronted by a most unusual phenomenon when entering the 20th century. After nineteen hundred years of opposition from Rome we now find that the Bible is under its greatest attack by the Christians (I add here, fake Christians) themselves!
In the mid-1880's, the intellectual community was started by the discovery of two fourth-century Greek manuscripts, Codex Sinaiticus ( Alph) and Codex Vaticanus (B.) They received immediate preeminence as a result of their being several hundred years closer to the autographs than the older manuscripts available to the King James translators.
This acceptance became the catalyst for a special revision committee sanctioned in 1871 by the Church of England to improve the Authorized Version where needed. The tow major culprits of this project were Cambridge professors, Dr. Brooke Westcott (1825-1901) and Dr. Fenton Hort (1828-1892).
(Dr. Grady devotes an entire chapter to expose the writings of Wescott and Hort. Showing preposterous confusion, with difficult sounding text on arbitrary conjecture.)
Twenty years later, the Revised Version entered the United States market as the American Standard Version (1901). These counterfeit "Bibles" would set the pace for a century of confusion wrought by apostate Christians addicted to revision. The greatest display of Nicolaitane intimidation can now be seen in the prestigious centers of higher Christian education. Here we find that Luther's priesthood of believers doctrine has been subtly replaced by an esoteric priesthood of Hebrew and Greek professors who would have you believe that you cannot understand God's word without their humble assistance. With first appearance in Scripture was under the tree of knowledge. Consider the following quote from a present-day leader of NICOLAITANE THOUGHT:
"As much as Fundamentalists have loved and defended a great translation like the King James Version, they must remember that the court of last resort in doctrinal matters is not any translation, but the wording of the original Greek and Hebrew texts... The present-day believer should read his Bible with the faith that it is God's Word, but with the humility of recognizing that he may not be able to solve every textual problem that may exist in our Bibles. The believer many safely leave such problems to the discussions of theological and textual "experts". he should not try to become a botanist, but simply feed on the fruit of the Word. He can let the scholars chew over the dry bones."

The Old Black Book
"... purified seven times" Psalm 12:6 KJV."
In the months following the Hampton Court, a diligent search was commissioned for men who had taken pains in their private study of Scriptures so as to secure a qualified team of translators. By July, James had made public his personal selection of 54 of the kingdom's brightest intellects. By the time the project was formally begun in 1607, the number of participants had been reduced by seven.,
The revisers were divided into six companies and assigned three principal locations. In the famed Jerusalem Chamber at Westminister, ten men under the direction of the erudite Lancelot Andrews translated Genesis through II Kings, while William Barlow chaired a second company of seven to work with Romans through Jude.
At Oxford, John Harding led another seven men to labor on Isaiah through Malachi with the Greek committee of eight completing the Gospels, Acts and Revelation under the chairmanship of Thomas Ravis. The Cambridge groups toiled exclusively from Hebrew; Edward Lively's team of eight rendering I Chronicles through Song of Solomon, while the remaining seven men worked with John Bois to translate the Apocrypha. (An entire section on how the translators handled the Apocrypha is in chapter 9 of Dr. Grady's work. In short as often misunderstood by many, is the sole reason the Apocrypha was placed in between the Old and New Testament was because of the accepted historical value period! There were seven reasons listed in the King James that the Apocrypha was only listed as historical value but NOT part of the inspired canon).
The men behind the King James Bible: Where are the modern day scholars that can compete with the men of the 1611 committee? Dr. Sam Gipp writes. The men on the translation committee of the King James Bible were, without dispute, the most learned men of their day and vastly qualified for the job which they undertook. They were overall both academically qualified by their cumulative knowledge and spiritually qualified by their exemplary lives. Among their company were men who, academically, took a month's vacation and used the time to learn and master an entirely foreign language; wrote a Persian dictionary; invented a specialized mathematical ruler; one was an architect; mastered oriental languages; publicly debated in Greek; tutored Queen Elizabeth in Greek and mathematics; and of one it was said, "Hebrew he had at this finder end."
(I'd like to add that the spiritual depths of these men is given in detail in Dr. Grady's book. For example these men were devout followers of Jesus Christ and preached and lived the word. Lancelot Andrews was said to be a preacher that one could steal his sermon but never his preaching. One of the translators wrote in his personal memoir that he had eaten too much for dinner and confessed to God for wanton gluttony. And here is a powerful quote about the pulpit power of Lawrence Chaderton on the translating committee: "It is stated on high authority, that while our aged saint was visiting some friends in his native country of Lancashire, he was invited to preach. Having addressed his audience for two full hours by the glass, he paused and said, - 'I will no longer trespass on our patience.' And now comes the marvel; for the whole congregation cried out with one consent, - 'for God's sake, go on, go on!' He , accordingly, proceeded much longer, to their great satisfaction and delight."
When John Bois was only five years old, his father taught him to read Hebrew. By the time he was six, he could not only write the same, but in a fair and elegant character. At age fifteen he was already a student at St. John's College , Cambridge, where he was renowned for corresponding with his superiors in Greek.
Name the 20th century scholars who could shine the shoes of John Bois. Or what of Lancelot Andrews, chairman of the New Testament committee at Westminister, who was conversant in fifteen languages? It was said of Miles Smith that he was a walking library. (The entire list of accomplishments of the translators goes on for pages and is worth the read. I would very much like for Jacob Prasch to be confronted by one the these true scholars.)
(The attacks of numerous errors of the King James Bible is outrageous. Dr. Grady lists in detail that of the thousands of errors claimed, these are in fact spelling textual errors example: "darke" vs dark or "rann" vs ran. By the end of the 18th century the spelling of the King James bible was standardized.)
The critics of the King James Bible were apparently too incensed to realize that their challenge is, in itself, a tribute to the integrity of the Authorized version. The incredible truth brought to light by their complaint is that the King James Bible is the result not of four years effort, but of an eighty six year process of scrutinizing revision beginning with William Tyndale (or 229 years if we date from Wycliff). With the numbers of seven and eight representing perfection" and "new beginnings" respectively we marvel at the King James Bible being erected upon the sevenfold foundation of the Wycliff, Tyndale, Coverdale, Matthew, Great, Geneva, and Bishops Bibles.
This is what was written in the 1611: From "The Translators to the Reader:" Truly (good Christian reader) we never thought from the beginning that we should need to make a new translation nor yet to make of a bad one a good one... but to make a good one better, or out of many good ones, one principal good one. To this purpose there were many chosen, that were greater in other men's eyes than in their own, and that sought the truth rather than their own praise." Continued: "They deserve to be had of us and of posterity in everlasting remembrance... blessed by they, and most honoured be their name, that break the ice, and give the onset upon that which helpeth forward to the saving of souls.".
