We Saints are The Bride of Christ

 We Saints are The Bride of Christ

Prelude:

Shame upon all so called Christians who deny the Church as the Bride. Here is a short testimony from a new Christian from Pakistan whose husband was supposedly beheaded for his faith in Christ. Note how she ends her story about her RAPTURE dream:

I want to share a dream I had last night, said Kiran. I saw that I am in my home and then it started raining, When i went outside to see, I saw the ground was opening huge holes. Then tornados started dropping everywhere. Then it started hailing and started getting bigger and bigger, the size of bowling balls. Planes from the sky crashed down, and people were screaming everywhere. Everyone was running. Everyone was dying in front of my eyes except me.

The next thing I hear is the trumpet and the shout and then the sky burst open, and a song I had never heard was being sung. As I started watching people ascend into the sky, Christ was in the center on a white horse. As people began to ascend, there were flashes of lightning and multi-colored balls exploding as they were transfigured into something like glass but still the same.

Then I saw His face and He looked back at me and smiled and I started crying with joy. I also saw my husband (who was beheaded by T) in the sky and then my dream ended. I woke up and was full of joy, My heart rate was really high, and my body was trembling.

 Time is short, very short, Our Groom is coming to take His bride. Prepare your hearts and Pray for those who are spiritually blind, those who don't know Him, Let's take the gospel to them so they can join us in Father's Home too.

Great study is the Shepherd and the Shulamite - The Greatest Love Story Every Written

The Lord Rebuke all Hyper-Dispensationalists and their kind who deny the Church as the Bride of Christ:  They are blind with corrupted minds from the simplicity that is in Christ.  These Reprobates cause other feeble minds to stumble.  These REPROBATES ARE BEGUILED.  As Paul states in 2 Corinthians 11:3-4 - They are BEGUILED as Eve was beguiled by the serpent, and worse they preach "another Jesus This is very clear that the CHURCH IS THE BRIDE:  Read: 2 Corinthians 11:2 KJB and the following commentary taken from Enduring Word:
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

It is important that the Corinthian Christians understand and trust Paul’s apostolic credentials because Paul is like the friend of the groom, who watches out for the bride in the period between the betrothal and the wedding.

i. Paul considers himself the friend of Jesus the bridegroom, and he will do his best to present the bride as a chaste virgin to Christ on the “wedding day” – when the Corinthian Christians one day stand before Jesus.

ii. In the Jewish culture of that day, the friend of the bridegroom (mentioned also in John 3:29) had an important job. “To procure a husband for the virgin, to guard her, and to bear testimony to her corporeal and marital endowments; and it was upon this testimony of this friend that the bridegroom chose his bride. He was the internuncio between her and her spouse elect; carrying all messages from her to him, and from him to her: for before marriage you women were strictly guarded at home with their parents or friends.” Also, the friend of the bridegroom was called upon, if necessary, “To vindicate the character of the bride.” (Clarke)

iii. Remember also that the time of betrothal wasn’t taken lightly in Paul’s culture. If someone was unfaithful during the betrothal period, it was considered adultery, and a betrothal could only be broken by divorce.

iv. Anytime we give our hearts to something other than God, we are committing “spiritual adultery” during the period of our betrothal.

Wedding...............The Bride of Christ will be with the Lord for "seven years" which is a type and picture of the traditional Jewish wedding which lasts for "seven days", at which time at the conclusion of those "seven days" the Bridegroom and the Bride come out of theirwedding chamber and the Bridegroom will present His Bride to the wedding party who are present and who had been waiting.  The picture for the Church is this.  At the "opening" of the "seal judgments" the "seven years" of the tribulation period will begin.  At the conclusion of the "seven year" tribulation period Christ who is our Bridegroom and His Bride ( the Church ) will descend out of heaven ( the wedding chamber ) and return in order for Christ to establish His 1000 year kingdom upon the earth ( Rev. 19 ).

2 Corinthians 11:2

“For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.”

King James Version (KJV)

Ephesians 5:25

“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;”

Revelation 19:9

And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.”

King James Version (KJV)

Revelation 21:2

“And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”

King James Version (KJV)

As a simplified overview the Bride of Christ are those of this Church Age - The Body of Christ, The true Church who are Raptured and then attend the Marriage Supper of the Lamb along with the Tribulation Saints. This is mentioned two times in scripture. Revelation 19:6-9 and 22:17. This takes place prior to the Second Coming of Jesus.

I’ve had a tremendous amount of “push back” on this subject which begs for the answer to the question: “why?”

To cut to the chase always ask those who claim the Church is NOT the Bride to fully describe Revelation Chapter 19:9

And they will all deny the Church - Body of Christ reigning with Christ and foolishly declare misguided - non scriptural garbling like the Berean Bible Society did here: quote:

“Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb” (Rev. 19:9).

These guests are undoubtedly the kingdom Gentiles who will be invited to enjoy the blessings of the coming Golden Age (Matt. 25:31-46; Luke 14:15-24).” End Quote.

The Berean Bible Society are Trinitarians, they use perverted Bible Translations and are HYPER-DISPENSATIONALISTS.

Here’s another absurd comment from a Hyper-Dispensationalist: 4jesus.site

Because of the free gift of grace, we are already righteous and without spot nor blemish in the Lord’s sight. We are already ready! Therefore, it stands to reason that the church can’t be the one “getting herself ready.” The “Bride of Christ” then must refer to something or someone else! The “bride” must refer, not to the church, but to the Holy Jerusalem, just as the Word of God says in Revelations 21:9-12.

These Hyper-Dispensationalists deny Prophecy for the Church in the Age and the Age to Come.  They block the church from inheritance.  See our studies:

We come back to the Question Why is there so much of a stronghold against The Church in her Role as Reigning - Joint Heirs with Christ - In Prophecy and as the BRIDE?

The answer I believe is simple enough.

The anointing is under attack.

Isaiah 10:27

King James Version

27 And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.

Habakkuk 3:13

“Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine anointed; thou woundedst the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.”

King James Version (KJV)

2 Corinthians 1:21

“Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;”

Now he that stablisheth us. They will have seen, then, that steadfastness not levity, immutability not vacillation, has been the subject of their teaching. Who is the Source of that steadfastness? God, who anointed us and confirmed us, and you with us, into unity with his Anointed. With you. We partake alike of this Christian steadfastness; to impugn mine is to nullify your own. In Christ; rather, into Christ, so as to be one with him. They are already "in Christo;" they would aim more and more to be established "in Christurn." Who anointed us. Every Christian is a king and priest to God, and has received an unction from the Holy One (1 John 2:20, 27). 2 CORINTHIANS 1 COMMENTARY (PULPIT) (kingjamesbibleonline.org)

1 John 2:20

“But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.”

Why does it matter?  Is this simply an issue of semantics the same I pondered regarding the Trinity vs Godhead?

No!

Here’s why.

To remove our possession, position as Christ’s Bride we remove our hope and glory of our KINSMAN REDEEMER.

Come Meet my Kinsman Redeemer (thethirdheaventraveler.com)

I am not going to go into the tremendously rich types and shadow of the book of Ruth the Moabite (Moabitess) who married her KINSMAN REDEEMER but I strongly urge you to read the Book of Ruth and study it carefully focusing on these 3 major areas:

Ruth 1:16, 17

Ruth, Great-Grandmother of King David - listed in the direct

lineage of Jesus Christ, Matthew Chapter 1.

Here we are as a foreshadow foreigners-out casts- brought in during the BARLEY HARVEST - type and shadow of the Rapture Galatians 3:28

Mark 7:26-27 ; John 4:9

Ruth Chapter 2:

Our Kinsman from Bethlehem; found as one of the handmaidens that is NOT of the other handmaidens.

Ruth Chapter 3:

Boaz asks: “Who art thou?” Ruth as the type and shadow of the Bride says: “I am Ruth thine handmaid: “SPREAD THEREFORE THY SKIRT OVER THINE HANDMAID; for THOU ART A NEAR KINSMAN.

Take this with Marriage Covenant -

Ezekiel 16:8: Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord GOD, and thou becamest mine.

Covering - the Chuppah.

The chuppah (also commonly spelled huppah) is mentioned in the Bible in association with marriage: “As a bridegroom goes forth from his chuppah.” Elsewhere it is stated: “Let the bridegroom proceed from his chamber and let the bride go forth from the chuppah.”

Joel 2:16

let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.

Isaiah 61:10

 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.

Hosea 2:19,20

And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.

I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the LORD.

 Isaiah 63:5

 therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.

 John 3:29

He that hath the bride is the bridegroom:

This is the mystery of the Gentiles - Christ coming into the Gentiles;  and conclusively The Bride is the Church. Isaiah 54:5, Jeremiah 31:31-34,  Galatians 3:26-29; 4:26; Colossians 1:27; Revelation 22:17, Romans Romans 4:16 KJV, Hebrews 12:9, Ephesians 5:20-32.

Galatians 4:26

But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.”

King James Version (KJV)

Romans 4:16

Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, -

Read Ruth Chapter 4 that she secured her REDEMPTION by MARRIAGE - the Covenant Established that literally goes back to Abraham.  Read Romans 4:16 and Galatains 4:26 again if you’re having a difficult time understanding this.

As we grow deeper of our understanding of Christ and Him crucified we grow deeper in knowing WHO WE ARE IN HIM

as Paul said

Philippians 3:12

“Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.”

King James Version (KJV)

1 Corinthians 2:2

“For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.”

King James Version (KJV)

The more we know“the Man Christ Jesus” the more we realize and KNOW our Inheritance IN HIM, Christ Jesus.

To understand this… we must know by faith and stand on scripture as written in Galatians 2:16:

16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

 HOW THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED IS THROUGH FAITH IN

Galatians 2:20

20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

STEPS:  BACKGROUND:

  1. God - Jesus Christ married Israel. 2. God divorced Israel for being a HARLOT chasing after BAAL. 3. God’s promise of restoring His Bride to Himself that will last forever. The Bride is the Church who will be Raptured. Next the Tribulation will purify the Jewish Remnant - only 1 / 3 will come out along with the Gentiles who turn to Jesus and not take the mark of the Beast during the Tribulation. 4. At the End of the Tribulation Jesus will gather all the Saints (Tribulation Saints and The Church who has been Raptured for the WEDDING SUPPER OF THE LAMB. 5. We will return to earth and rule with HIM. AMEN! MARANATHA!

Revelation 20:6

“Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.”

King James Version (KJV)

Just as Jesus Christ is KING FOREVER (Jeremiah 32:4,5); PRIEST (Genesis 14:18-21; Hebrews 7:1-3); PROPHET (Deuteronomy 18:15)

He has made us:

kings and priests unto God. Revelation 1:5-6

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

He has given us the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY for this age in this REALM to give us HOPE in our Glory with him.

Revelation 19:10…for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

Read carefully 1 Corinthians 12:1-30; 14; 1

1 Thessalonians 5:19-21

Ishi is THE SAVIOR - The Husband (the head of the house) 1 Chronicles 4:42;

Looking clearly at Revelation 19, (Grafted in Saints)

Hosea 2:2-9; 16,17: 2 Plead with your mother, plead: for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband: let her therefore put away her whoredoms out of her sight, and her adulteries from between her breasts;

3 Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.

4 And I will not have mercy upon her children; for they be the children of whoredoms.

5 For their mother hath played the harlot: she that conceived them hath done shamefully: for she said, I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.

6 Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.

7 And she shall follow after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them; and she shall seek them, but shall not find them: then shall she say, I will go and return to my first husband; for then was it better with me than now.

8 For she did not know that I gave her corn, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal.

9 Therefore will I return, and take away my corn in the time thereof, and my wine in the season thereof, and will recover my wool and my flax given to cover her nakedness.

And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.

17 For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name.

Ishi = Savior - Husband - Head of the Household

Jesus Christ is GOD Almighty He is the Head of the Church He is the Husband of Israel THERE ARE NOT 2 GODS. The reason most of these Hyper-Dispensationalists are TRINITARIANS is they can justify 2 gods.  ONE FOR ISRAEL and ONE FOR THE CHURCH.  THIS IS PAGAN BAAL WORSHIP.  RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The Man Christ Jesus (thethirdheaventraveler.com)

Excerpt from Got Questions on the Biblical base for The Bride of Christ

The imagery and symbolism of marriage is applied to Christ and the body of believers known as the church. The church is comprised of those who have trusted in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and have received eternal life. Christ, the Bridegroom, has sacrificially and lovingly chosen the church to be His bride (Ephesians 5:25–27). Just as there was a betrothal period in biblical times during which the bride and groom were separated until the wedding, so is the bride of Christ separate from her Bridegroom during the church age. Her responsibility during the betrothal period is to be faithful to Him (2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 5:24). At the rapture, the church will be united with the Bridegroom and the official “wedding ceremony” will take place and, with it, the eternal union of Christ and His bride will be actualized (Revelation 19:7–9; 21:1-2).

In the eternal state, believers will have access to the heavenly city known as New Jerusalem, also called “the holy city” in Revelation 21:2 and 10. The New Jerusalem is not the church, but it takes on some of the church’s characteristics. In his vision of the end of the age, the apostle John sees the city coming down from heaven adorned “as a bride,” meaning that the city will be gloriously radiant and the inhabitants of the city, the redeemed of the Lord, will be holy and pure, wearing white garments of holiness and righteousness. Some have misinterpreted verse 9 to mean the holy city is the bride of Christ, but that cannot be because Christ died for His people, not for a city. The city is called the bride because it encompasses all who are the bride, just as all the students of a school are sometimes called “the school.”

Believers in Jesus Christ are the bride of Christ, and we wait with great anticipation for the day when we will be united with our Bridegroom. Until then, we remain faithful to Him and say with all the redeemed of the Lord, “Come, Lord Jesus!” (Revelation 22:20).

We Saints Are The BRIDE OF CHRIST

- We are One Flesh Spiritually

Mark 10:8

8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.

Marriage is the mystery of 2 individuals becoming ONE FLESH. This obviously takes place in the spiritual sense.  Throughout scripture God has married Israel and Jesus Christ is the husband and His church is His Bride. Hyper Dispensationalists have a deep aversion to the phrase, “The Church is the Bride of Christ.”  In personal debate with Justin Johnson of GRACE AMBASSADORS over this subject after he strongly rebuked  the claim - “Bride of Christ” is nowhere to be found in scripture but is rather adding to scripture in private interpretation.

Here’s his misguided study giving us great insight into the deception of these hyper-dispensationalists and their desire to take away our position in Christ.

Justin Johnson The Bride of Christ (graceambassadors.com)

Every Saint is sealed with the Holy Spirit having the same Spirit that leads us and we are unified in that same spirit of one spirit as Christ as the head.  The spirit man of the Saints (doesn’t matter whether Jew, Gentile, Greek,) that was birthed in us on the day we believed in Jesus. Since we are unified as one with Christ we both the Bride and the Body it is one and the same.

 The husband, the Bridegroom that comes for His church.

The Old Testament fulfilled in Jesus Christ:

God married Israel at Mount Sinai. However, Israel played the harlot and ran after other Gods.  God divorced them. Jesus is the Promise to restore and be the Bridegroom. This would not be fulfilled until God - Jesus Christ - came as the Bridegroom.

There is, however, strong scripture evidence by both God - Jesus Christ (Redeemer) is the husband of Israel; Jesus will restore the covenant that Israel broke under the law; we are Abraham’s seed; there is neither Jew nor Greek - but all are one in Christ Jesus and Jerusalem is the mother of us all, Galatians 4:26. Abraham is the Father of us all, Romans 4:16.

“But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.”

King James Version (KJV)

Romans 4:16

Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, -

Isaiah 54:5:

For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.

Jeremiah 31:34

Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:

Romans 11:13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:

14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.

15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.

19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.

20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.

24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes.

29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

Ephesians 5:20- 32 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Galatians 3:26-29

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27

For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

28

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29

And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Colossians 1:27

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Hebrews 12:9

9

Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

Note: Commentary: The Father of spirits is clearly referring to Jesus Christ (compare and harmonize with Revelation Chapters 1 through 3). What we’re seeing here is that The Body of Christ is neither Jew nor Gentile (of the saved); all are his creation - including the saved and unsaved and the angels - “all creation” see Colossians 1:16,17. This is referring

Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; ... but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,”

NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT ISRAEL and the Promise Made to Israel.

PROMISE: of GRACE THE COVENANT of FAITH was given to Abraham.

We see here the PERFECT TYPE AND SHADOW OF THE CHURCH HERE - THE BRIDE… COVENANT - CONTRACT same in scriptures stated above in Exodus and Hosea and Romans for a marriage contract.

Genesis 12:1,7 We find The Lord (Jesus Christ) command Abraham to leave Ur and his people of  Abraham (appearing to Abraham) Mesopotamia, before she chose to leave her family and homeland behind and journey with Abraham to Canaan.

Archaeological evidence shows that both Ur and Haran,

Promise:  LAND… TO HIS OFFSPRING - INHERITANCE  the entire land inheritance of Mesopotamia

Genesis Chapters 13 through 17 We see the Promise given to Abraham.

In Genesis Chapter 26 The Abrahamic covenant confirmed to Issac.

Now we arrive at ISRAEL  Genesis 32: Jacob’s name changed to Israel given to him by Jesus Christ who wrestled him throughout the night.

What is Israel?  It’s not a people, it’s not a nation but rather THE SEED of Abraham who have gone before the Lord of Hosts and fallen on the stone and whereby the stone has not fallen on them.

Matthew: Matthew 21:44

And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

King James Version (KJV)

Focus now on Israel:

Why is ISRAEL - Jacob’s name changed to Israel after he wrestled all night with Jesus.   Why is ISRAEL THE BRIDE OF GOD.

Israel was the first to be CALLED the chosen people, the called of God, those He chose to CALL HIS OWN CHILDREN.

The Israel of God.

And they still are, it was a Promise MADE, CREATED BY AND GIVEN FROM THE ONLY ONE that can guarantee the promise He gives.

With the Promise came a Way to restore, resolve and SAVE Mankind, TO REDEEM His Children  whom He has Called and predestined, to FOREVER BE HIS.

Romans 10:21 But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people. -

Note:  In Romans 9-11 Paul is addressing the Remnant that are called out of all and in Romans 10:1:   Israel be saved.  Israel is The Remnant.

Those knowing all that the Promise entailed. The details God laid out in the Law in ORDER  that the Promised Law spoken of by all His prophets would be fulfilled, ESTABLISHED AND, IT would be Done by His Right Arm.

HE HAD ACCOMPLISHED IT WHEN HE SAID, "IT IS DONE".

People need to see that the Jewish remnant that Paul is talking about in Romans 9 - 11 will come into the whole body of Christ, after they have recognized and received Jesus Christ as the MESSIAH.

Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Revelation 19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

It is clear we are with Him in verse 14 of Revelation 19. As stated in Romans 3:31 we establish the law in His righteousness in Him.

This is the GRACE which is the Law fulfilled in Him. And the prophets

Romans 3:21

But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

THIS IS HIS FAITH - THE FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST - IT WAS HIS BLOOD HE SHED, that we completely trust in.

GRACE vs WORKS: Faith OF JESUS vs Faith IN JESUS - King James Bible #Truth (thethirdheaventraveler.com)

THE FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST makes us RIGHTEOUS IN HIM.

Salvation through the faith which is of Jesus Christ . The Faith which is in Him. It is His Faith, and we become one with Him. and clothed in HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS. It is by His faith we are justified, Galatians 2:16

THE Faith which is designed by God and described in great detail is OF Jesus Christ and is EVIDENTLY NOT Blind.

The Faith OF which is given to us by God

Romans 4: 9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. -

Rom 4:13 for the promise that he should be the Heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF FAITH.

:14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect: -

Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

WE Saints will Literally Rule with Christ

The more we got into “the Man Christ Jesus” to our delight we have come into a deeper understanding of The Church and our Inheritance IN HIM, Christ Jesus.

How this happened was the realization that we are HIS GLORY.

In Ephesians chapter 3 the more we see that the Mystery is revealed in His Glory see we the glory of the saints

Ephesians 3

3 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,

2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,

4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;

6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.

8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:

12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

13 Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,

16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,

18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

(linked in the above study)

 We see the true Body of Christ being separated out of the Buildings.  We see from the point of view of Christ as revealed to John. Like watching a movie and seeing ourselves directly in the movie when they come to Philadelphia.  Like True Christians from Ephesus would have seen themselves and how the Tribulation saints will see themselves.

The deeper we come to know Christ, The Man Christ Jesus, the more we see His LOVE for us and we know who we are in HIM and He in US.

Ephesians 1:9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:

10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,

16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;

17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

These scriptures above and more which we will show in this study are in harmony with Colossians chapter 1:24-27

Colossians 1:24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:

25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;

26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:

27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

This scripture in turn harmonizes  uses with Romans 3 verse 21-26

Romans 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

24 - 26 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. -

NOTE:  What we’re seeing here is whenever we see RIGHTEOUSNESS of… as in the Righteousness of Saints (Rev 19:8) or in this instance (Romans 3:21-23) :  Righteousness of God it is becoming clearer when harmonized with scripture that WE SAINTS ARE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS that is being spoken of here in Romans 3.

1 Corinthians 11:7

… forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.”

This study is to show The righteousness of the Saints is the Glory of God.

Revelation 19:8

And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

Daniel 7:18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

Galatians 6:14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.

18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

31But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

2 Thessalonians 1:6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

 2 Thessalonians

2: 1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

Joel 2

King James Version

2 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.

3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.

5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.

6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.

7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:

8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.

9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.

10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:

11 And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

Saint know your Authority and Responsibility as an Ambassador of Jesus Christ (thethirdheaventraveler.com)

It was revealed to the centurion in Luke 7:7-9 that Jesus was the Christ, that Jesus was who He said He was and He had the AUTHORITY to heal his servant.

We need to understand the difference between responsibility and authority and how authority operates in its proper ORDER.  You must be fully in Christ to know and through study of His word understand your authority and responsibility in the body of Christ.

IN CONTEXT:  Authority is Power given; Responsibility is duties we perform.

I imagine you honestly haven't read my Blog because if you would have taken the time to read it - as I did with your material, you'd never waste your time and I'm upset I wasted my time on this rot. 1. Andrew,
      "To cut to the chase always ask those who claim the Church is NOT the Bride to fully describe Revelation Chapter 19.9". Rev. 19.9: "And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God". Your assumption is that this "they" is "the Bride", who you say is the church, the body of Christ. SAME WRITER years before. "And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest TO Israel". "I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him. He that hath the BRIDE is the BRIDEGROOM" (John 1.31, 3.28-29). Was John referring to the church, the body of Christ? "Then (Jesus speaking of "the coming of the Son of man" Matt. 24) shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the BRIDEGROOM. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the BRIDEGROOM cometh. The bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the MARRIAGE" Matt. 25.1-13. Was Jesus speaking here of the church, the body of Christ? To do so one would have to assume that there were Gentiles (see Matt. 10.5-6 and Matt. 15.24) in His audience and that Paul lied to us when he said years later that the secret (mystery) of the church, the body of Christ, was revealed to him only ("in other ages was not made known" Ephesians 3; Col. 1.26). Plain English: "Christ is the HEAD of the church", "he is the HEAD of the body, the church", "And not holding the HEAD" Eph. 5.23, Col. 1.18, 2.19). Nothing here about Christ being the BRIDEGROOM and the Church being the BRIDE. To "cut to the chase", where did Paul EVER say the church, the body of Christ, was the BRIDE of Christ? If we cannot tell the BRIDE from the BRIDEGROOM at a marriage itis going to be a confusing wedding. Since the Church IS the body of Christ (1 Cor. 12.27) it means that if Christ is the BRIDEGROOM, and He IS, then the Church is part of His "groomanship". Making the church, the body of Christ, OF the BRIDEGROOM, NOT the BRIDE. Your assumptions are far greater than I can accept.

    2. Anonymous: This is NOT my assumption. You're being WILLFULLY IGNORANT. Like others who are blind, you blabber without reading... What's sad is you are unable to even distinguish the fact that your wife is NOT your bride, but you believe you and her are 1... You just don't get it but worse you can't read and understand the opening to this Blog:

      We Saints are The Bride of Christ

      2 Corinthians 11:2

      Revelation 21:2

    1. Name calling: Looks like you have a major issue here: " ...but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Matthew 5:22 KJB. And God said, "Thou Fool" Luke 12:20; and Jesus said, repeatedly... Ye "FOOL! Matt. 23:17, 19 and Luke 11:40, you can also throw VIPERS! Children of the Devil etc in there.

      Scripture commands us to follow Christ as our example and do as he did, ... 1 Peter 2:20-22, 1 Cor 11:1, 1 Jn 2:6, etc...

      Here’s Paul: Fools, Beasts, Reprobates, Wolves, Dogs,... We have a problem here since we’re commanded to follow Jesus, and to follow Paul. Following Paul is what many so-called Christians cannot abide. (1 Cor 1:11; Galatians chapter 1)

      Oh dear oh dear what shall we do now?

      Since I feel pity on your soul, here is some light reading for you: The Beatitudes vs. The Dispensation of Grace

    2. Email received from Brother Jon Lutz regarding the Church in Prophecy:
      quote:

      Revelation 19:9-11 - Particularly Verse 10
      King James Version

      So if we don't touch Prophecy, we don't believe that the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy, so do we really believe In Jesus, and are therefore not saved?? Just a general Question

      9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

      10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

      11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
