King Solomon the type and shadow of the AntiChrist

1 Kings 11:11

“Wherefore the LORD said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant.”

King James Version (KJV)

1 Kings 11:13

*

Read all of 1 Kings Chapter 11 KJB.

Proverbs 31:1

“The words of king Lemuel, the prophecy that his mother taught him.”

King James Version (KJV)

*  The son who fulfilled 1 Kings 11:13 KJV was Rehoboam who then himself turned from God and the Kingdom split. However, the SERVANT in verse 11 was Jeroboam who was one of Solomon's officials.

According to 1 Kings 11 KJV, the servant who was given the kingdom is Jeroboam. He was one of Solomon's officials, and God chose him to rule over the ten northern tribes of Israel as a consequence of Solomon's disobedience (1 Kings 11:26-31).

The son referred to in 1 Kings 11:11-13 is Rehoboam, Solomon's son, who became king of the

southern kingdom of Judah after the division.

Note the comparison of the 2 Kingdoms of Israel and the

2 legs of the Daniel 2 statue of Nebuchadnezzar.

The two legs of Nebuchadnezzar's statue in Daniel 2 are often interpreted as representing the divided Roman Empire, with the legs symbolizing the Eastern and Western Roman Empires. However, some scholars draw parallels between these legs and the divided kingdoms of Israel.

Division: Just as the statue's legs represent a divided empire, the kingdom of Israel was divided into two: the northern kingdom (Israel) and the southern kingdom (Judah) after Solomon's reign.

Strength and Weakness: The legs of iron and clay symbolize strength mixed with fragility. Similarly, the divided kingdoms of Israel had periods of strength and prosperity, but also times of weakness and vulnerability due to internal strife and external threats.

Prophetic Significance: Both the statue and the divided kingdoms are seen as part of God's larger plan, with the statue's destruction by the stone (representing God's kingdom) paralleling the eventual restoration and unification of God's people.

My Response:

All of these characters with the EXCEPTION of Solomon were called and chosen by God to be His Children in the covenant blessing promised to Abraham.

In essence all of these persons are ISRAEL. Or I use the expression TRUE ISRAEL.

Yes, they made mistakes, but they walked in GRACE by the Faith of Jesus Christ. Solomon on the other hand is the type and shadow of the Antichrist. he knew God but pride brought him into his own self-serving idolatry, denying God.

So in conclusion: Adam, Noah, Abraham, Jacob and David belonged to God even though they all sinned. Solomon sinned and there is no record of him repenting and turning back to God.

Even though Adam and Noah were before Abraham, the Abrahamic covenant applies based on the tenants of the covenant, particularly with Genesis 12:3 KJB.

Let's talk about why I believe King Solomon is the type and shadow of the AC.

1. First and foremost is the Song of Songs. It is no coincidence that most today's apostate bible teachers teach that the King in Song of Solomon represents Jesus Christ, when in fact he represents the antithesis of Jesus Christ and in reality, another Christ AC. The Shepherd is Jesus Christ and the Shulamite reparents The Church and ultimately TRUE ISRAEL.

See my studies here:

Next look at 1 Kings 10:14 as a type and

shadow of the number of the Antichrist:

Revelation 13:18 KJB 666:

14 Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold (666)

Another Clue to Solomon and the AC connection is found in Proverbs 31, The prophetic warning:

Looking at the word Prophecy in the context of Proverbs 31 we see this is DIVINE UTTERANCE or a divine utterance of God given to King Solomon.

Tragically Solomon knew the TRUTH (Jesus Christ)  but he chose and followed The Devil instead.

KJV meaning of the word oracle from Hebrew word MASSA.  H4853 Prophecy - utterance Oracle.

In the King James Version of the Bible, the term "oracle" refers to a divine communication or message, often delivered by a prophet or a sacred source. The word implies a solemn and authoritative proclamation from God. It is sometimes synonymous with "burden" (from the Hebrew word massa), indicating the weight and significance of the message being delivered.

  1. King Lemuel as a Symbolic Name for Solomon:

    • Proverbs 31:1: "The words of King Lemuel, the oracle that his mother taught him". Many authorities, both ancient and modern, regard Lemuel as a symbolic name for Solomon. The name Lemuel means "belonging to God" or "for God," which fits Solomon, who was dedicated to God from infancy and called Jedidiah, "beloved of the

    • Lord" (2 Samuel 12:25).

    • Commentary: Some commentaries suggest that

    • Lemuel is a symbolic name representing an ideal king, to whom his mother imparted wisdom. This fits with Solomon, who was known for his

    • wisdom and received teachings from his mother,

    • Bathsheba.

  2. Meaning of H3927 (Lemuel) and H3926 (Lemo):

    • H3927 (Lemuel): This word means "belonging to God" or "for God". It signifies dedication to God, similar to other names like Lael (Numbers 3:24).

    • H3926 (Lemo): This is a prepositional prefix meaning "to" or "for." In poetic form, it can also mean "at"

    •  or "upon". It is used in various poetic contexts in the Bible (e.g., Job 27:14; 29:21; 38:40; 40:4).

We read in 2 Samuel 12:24 and 25 - the birth of Solomon - that God loved Solomon and that the Prophet Nathan called Solomon Jedidiah because of the Lord which in Hebrew means beloved of Jehovah - The Lord.

However, we see clearly in 1 Kings Chapter 11 that King Solomon turned from God and worshipped other Gods.

REMEMBER PAUL'S SOBER WARNING IN ROMANS

Romans 11:19-21 KJV captures Paul's warning: "Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in. Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee."

REMEMBER in my study of approximately One Million Children of Irael - whom God loved - ONLY 2 entered into the Promised Land.

When the Children of Israel left Egypt they were all considered the children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. But only a remnant of them entered the Promise Land and in the end most of them perished as a punishment of God.

Out of the original generation of Israelites who departed Egypt, *estimated at over 1 million souls - 600,000 men accounted for biblically - only two individuals entered the Promised Land: Joshua and Caleb. This is because the rest of that generation, due to their lack of faith and disobedience, were not allowed to enter and perished in the wilderness during the 40 years of wandering (Numbers 14:30, 32:11-12).

REMEMBER Jesus weeping OH JERUSALEM:

Matthew 23:37

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

King James Version (KJV)

AC WARNING of the Type and Shadow of King Solomon:

Daniel 11:37 KJV "Neither shall he regard
the God of his fathers, nor the desire of
women, nor regard any god: for he shall
 magnify himself above all."

But ironically and tragically Solomon never found that one special wife but sought after the one who got away (The Shulamite in Song of Solomon) seeking her SHEPHERD her true Love JESUS CHRIST.

Many theologians and scholars see the king in the Song of Solomon as a type of Christ, reflecting the deep, loving relationship between Jesus and His church. Here are some ways this interpretation is drawn:

The Beloved's Unconditional Love: Just as the king loves his bride passionately and unconditionally, Christ loves the church with an everlasting love (Ephesians 5:25).

The Beauty and Splendor: The descriptions of the king's beauty and majesty mirror the glory and splendor of Christ (Revelation 1:13-16).

Provision and Protection: The king is a provider and protector for his beloved, similar to how Jesus is a shepherd who cares for His flock (John 10:11).

Intimate Fellowship: The close, intimate fellowship between the king and his beloved is a reflection of the personal relationship believers have with Jesus (John 15:15).

Invitation to Abundant Life: The invitation to enjoy the king’s presence and partake in his feast symbolizes the abundant life Jesus offers (John 10:10).

Additional Studies that draw connections between King Solomon and the Antichrist:
Note: The other major figures are of course NIMROD and Antiochus IV Epiphanes, ruler of Greece that caused the Maccabean Rebellion in
160 BC.* Others are NERO and many believe Hitler and other tyrants.

! The Maccabean Rebellion, also known as the Maccabean Revolt, began around 167 BCE and lasted until 160 BCE

. It was a Jewish uprising against the Seleucid Empire and its ruler, Antiochus IV

Epiphanes. Antiochus IV imposed harsh measures, including the desecration of the Second Temple in Jerusalem, which led to the revolt.

The Maccabees, led by Judas Maccabeus, successfully reclaimed the Temple and rededicated it, an event celebrated during Hanukkah. The conflict continued until the Maccabees eventually gained independence for Judea.

14 Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold,

There are theological studies and discussions that draw connections between King Solomon and the Antichrist1.
This source discusses various prophetic connections between Solomon and the Antichrist, highlighting Solomon's waywardness and departure from God's law as parallels 1.

One notable study is an article published in New Testament Studies that explores the idea of Solomon's wealth and unjust practices as a foreshadowing of the Antichrist, particularly linking the number 666 in Revelation 13:18 to Solomon's 666 talents of gold (1 Kings 10:14; 2 Chronicles 9:13)2.

More references on connecting King Solomon as a Type of AntiChrist:

The number 666 refers to Solomon in the sense that he has surrendered to the lusts of this world. He is thus marked by his predilections and can be identified by his association with them. Those who built Solomon's temple were skilled workers, imported from other kingdoms to do the job. These workers were then and remain today, part of a highly skilled group known as Masons or Freemasons and have always been called upon to build the churches and temples of the world. There can be no one who would deny the connection of the Masons with the illuminati as Freemasonry is in fact, what can be called the "religion" of the "illuminated" ones. It is a long story but to make it short, fallen man as represented first by the rulers of this world in Solomon and equally by the illuminati who boldly lust for power and the glories of Earth, are both marked by the gold and wealth that they seek. Solomon was distracted by temptation and abandoned his God while the illuminati carry it a step further and reject that same God as they turn to worship Lucifer, who has fallen completely and is counted among the lost. They, however, see Lucifer as the one, true god.
