Our Father WHICH ART in Heaven. Why the King James Bible Matters
Prologue*
* When authors place their epilogue
at the beginning of a book, it’s
often called a prologue. Prologues
can provide backstory, set the stage for the main narrative, or
introduce key themes and
characters.
Matthew 11:12
“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”
King James Version (KJV)
Prelude
Who are we praying to when we say the Lord's Prayer?
Jesus Christ and technically His Spirit
John 4:24
“God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
King James Version (KJV)
We offer the Lord's Prayer to our Heavenly Father who is Spirit knowing this is literally the Spirit within Jesus Christ Himself.
“God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
King James Version (KJV)
John 14:11
“Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.”
King James Version (KJV)
Every time we
see Jesus in the Gospels referring to His
Father - who we know is
Spirit, the Spirit within Him, we know Jesus
Christ is referring to Himself Spiritually.
“Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.”
King James Version (KJV)
Colossians 1:15
“Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:”
King James Version (KJV)
“Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:”
King James Version (KJV)
2 Corinthians 5:16
“Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.”
King James Version (KJV)
“Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.”
King James Version (KJV)
John 14:9
“Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?”
King James Version (KJV)

We
know Jesus Christ
Spiritually as well knowing him in PERSON
as our
KINSMAN
REDEEMER.
This is essential in understanding that we know Jesus both as the PERSON He is and Spiritually as The Father, Our Heavenly Father.
Jesus Christ - The ONLY PERSON of the Godhead who created us in His Image (We have a body, hands, feet) and after his likeness - His essence of 3 parts spirit soul and body. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 KJB.
We know Him
as Jesus Christ who is our Kinsman
Redeemer
&
Our
HEAVENLY FATHER
which is Spirit.
“Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?”

In the video above I had to make the following Correction: At Time Stamp 1:26:56 I erroneously state quoting Matthew 6:9 Our Father WHO art in Heaven. This should be WHICH art in Heaven. The King James uses WHICH instead of WHO. Why?
"Which" is used for things, neuter nouns, while "who" is reserved for people. So, you'd say "The book, which is on the table," but "The woman, who is reading the book."
Which:
In the phrase "which art in heaven," from the Lord's Prayer, the word "which" is used as a pronoun. It introduces a relative clause referring to "Our Father," clarifying and giving more information about the noun.
Note: I also corrected the BLOG from WHO to WHICH. Let's also note many other major flaws of the Lord's prayer comparing the modern perverted bible translations with the King James Bible. The only other major point is the preposition IN vs ON.
Matthew 6:10
“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”
King James Version (KJV)
"In earth" is FAR MORE encompassing and immersive preposition, suggesting God's will permeating every aspect of earthly existence.
"On earth" implies a more surface-level application, focusing on God's will being enacted upon the world.
