Daniel 11:38 KJV 1611
“But in his estate shall he honour the god of forces: and a God whome his fathers knew not, shall hee honour with gold, and siluer, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.”
In my hardcopy 1611 there is a comment in verse 38 "the god of forces" "or munitions Heb. Mauzzin or, as for the almighty God in his seat she shall honour, yeah he shall honour a God.
Note: The reason the 1611 stated god of forces is munitions is when I looked up the Ancient Hebrew Lexicon for H430 - 1352 It stated STRONG all knowing eye known as weapons.
Daniel 11:38 (KJV) 1769
"But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things."
It seems Daniel 11:38 KJV 1769 Corrected the 1611 making it clear that the AC will fulfill the full meaning of ANTICHRIST = another Christ and deceive those who actually think in his position - his estate or seat he is actually honoring God; i.e, worshipping Jesus Christ and he will later will present himself as God - Jesus Christ the Messiah but in reality be the FALSE MESSIAH.
In Daniel 11;38 we clearly understand this is speaking of the future AntiChrist who was portrayed as a type and shadow of Antiochus Epiphanes IV. This scripture is the strongest portrayal of the ANTICHRIST's who will portray himself as God Almighty.
This here in Daniel 11:38 is the full definition as ANOTHER CHRIST - Literally MAGNIFY HIMSELF AS GOD ALMIGHTY as did Lucifer. When we look up God of forces we find Hebrew H433 (A Deity or the Deity - God almighty. What is astounding is when you take H433 to the Ancient Hebrew Lexicon we find 1352 as the ALL SEEING EYE STRONG FIERCE POWER MIGHTY.
Look at Matthew 24:15 and 2 Thessalonians 2:9,10 KJB to show supernatural and godlike status the AC will exhibit.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 states the AC is AS GOD spelled with Capital G.
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (KJV): "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God."
I believe this is also why the 1769 made the correct change:
Why did the 1769 change the 1611 here> As you both know I did a study rebuking all the 1769 scoffers when in reality the thousands of changes in the 1769 were typo spelling changes print etc. here in Daniel 11:38 if we really carefully read, it seems the 1769 made the correct change because the AC will HONOR the True God because of his position in which the People will be fooled example the covenant with death, and since the AC will be a

The 1769 translation matches 2 Thessalonians 2:3,4 KJB.
My conclusion. The most likely reason 1611 and 1769 King James are the only translations - including the Geneva Bible that uses the Capital G for God in Daniel 11:38 is because he - the AC - MAGNIFIES himself as the TRUE GOD and is truly ANOTHER CHRIST and in his position will "pretend" "fake" to honor the True God but actually will eventually declare that he is God almighty.
