An Atheist's Chilling FINAL WORDS Before Dying... (The Story of My Relative)
than your 6-minute video. It is simply: WE ARE SAVED BY BELIEVING CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES, THAT HE WAS BURIED, AND ROSE AGAIN THE 3RD DAY ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES. Amen! 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJB.
Let's read both the King James and compare. Ask yourself honestly if these two translations are saying the same thing. I will comment in the Video portion of this Blog
Romans 1:18-20 King James Bible
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
From a corrupted version:
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life.[ a] Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live,
King James Translation:
John 11:25
“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:”
King James Version (KJV)
John 11:26
“And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”
King James Version (KJV)
In my detailed study on how to study the King James Bible, I point out the paramount importance of solid hermeneutics consists of the 3 basics: CONTEXT EXEGISIS (Grammar Vocabulary etc) & HARMONIZING SCRIPTURE WITH SCRIPTURE. Also please study the use of the suffixes in the King James Bible and why this is so important to understand the SUPERLATIVE.
How to Study and Understand the Bible - From a Workman Approved unto God by His Grace
Jesus is reassuring Martha that Lazarus will rise again, and He uses this moment to teach a broader truth about the resurrection and eternal life for all who believe in Him. So while the immediate context is about Lazarus, Jesus' statement in verse 25 extends to all believers, emphasizing the promise of eternal life.
HE
Refers to a specific male person who has already been mentioned or is known from the context.
WHOSOEVER
Refers to anyone without specifying who
IN VERSE 26 Notice the King James then uses WHOSOEVER vs Everyone in the corrupted translations.
Whosoever vs Everyone:
Whosoever is an object Pronoun meaning RECEIVES THE ACTION of the verb to BELIEVE as they did not PERFORM the action but it was GRACE that performed the BELIEVER to BELIEVE.
Everyone is a SUBJECT PRONOUN meaning the individual performs the action of TO BELIEVE. The individual PERFORMS or INITIATES the action to BELIEVE.
I pray the reader and listener of this video stop here and pray over these three scriptures:
John 16:13
“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”
King James Version (KJV)
Ephesians 2:8
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:”
King James Version (KJV)
Ephesians 2:9
“Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
King James Version (KJV)
Subjunctive Present.
Usage: This phrase is used to describe a potential or conditional future situation.
"Were Dead"
Past Subjunctive Hypothetical Past.
Comparison:
Action vs. State:
"To die" refers to the action or process of life ending.
"Dead" describes the state after life has ended.
