Eyes to see and Ears to hear???

“All ye inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth, see ye when He lifteth up an ensign on the mountains; and when He bloweth a trumpet, hear ye,” Isaiah 18:3.

Introduction

Scattered throughout the Old Testament prophetic Scriptures are several places where Almighty God calls for the attention of all mankind upon the earth.   Our text verse for this study is one of those places.   This is one of the most important and prophetically significant Scriptures to be found in all of God’s Word, and yet few prophecy teachers even give it a passing notice.  As I restudied this chapter this week, this Scripture seemed to just jump off the page at me as the Lord God laid it on my heart to share the truth of it with God’s people and with every lost seeking soul who will give heed.   Join us for an enlightening study of God’s great and wonderful prophetic Word…..

The Context

This Scripture occurs in the context of a chapter dealing with the destruction of a great unnamed nation.   If the reader has a reference Bible, you may have a heading in your Bible on this chapter which indicates that the chapter is a prophecy of the destruction of “Ethiopia.”  So much for the “headings” in most reference Bibles!   These “headings” were inserted by men who don’t really STUDY the Scriptures any more or any better than the average person does.  The “headings” are not a part of the original Scriptures.  They are additions inserted by men.   Period!
Anyone who seriously studies this chapter and pays attention to what they are reading, can easily see that the chapter is not concerned with Ethiopia, but rather is speaking about a great unnamed nation.   The word “Ethiopia” is obviously used in this chapter as a generic term for the continent of Africa.    For the present we will leave the identity of this unnamed nation for later.
Rather, let’s use the context to identify a second nation mentioned in this chapter.   The inspired Word here speaks of this unnamed nation sending their “ambassadors” to a second nation which is  “scattered and peeled, to a people terrible from their beginning hitherto; to a nation meted out and trodden down, whose land the rivers have spoiled,” 18:2.   The second nation being referred to is obviously the nation and people of Israel.  It is Israel and the Jewish people who were scattered all over the world into all the nations of the earth after they turned away from the Lord God of Israel, and who have been persecuted, hated, and abused [peeled] by the other nations of the world for centuries.   There are other references to Israel and the Jewish people in the Scriptures using almost the same description.  Remember that 1 Corinthians 2:13 is still in the Bible.  Serious students of the Bible should practice it!

The Double Warning

The warning is given beginning in 18:1 with the word “Woe,” but is continued and amplified in 18:3, the text verse for this study.   Read this latter Scripture very carefully.   Notice that in this Scripture the Lord God graciously gives a double warning, while calling for the attention of all mankind.   This harmonizes perfectly with the truth that the Lord God “…is longsuffering to usward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance,” 2 Peter 3:9.   How good and gracious is God, and how stiff necked and rebellious is mankind upon the earth, refusing to take heed to the many warnings given by our gracious and longsuffering God.
1
In spite of the fact that the two kingdoms of the Israelites were overthrown by the Assyrians and the Babylonians, carried off from their land into captivity, and from there scattered throughout the nations of the world, the Lord God repeatedly states in His Word that He would bring them back to their land and restore them  as a nation and a people.   Praise the Lord!    This is exactly what the first warning in  18:3 is about!
The First Warning

The first warning in this Scripture is a warning to all mankind to pay attention and “…see ye, when He lifteth up an ensign on the mountains;…”  The Hebrew word translated as “ensign” in this Scripture is the word, “nes,” which literally means “a thing lifted up; a token to be seen far off; a banner, flag, standard; sign; signal; a warning.”  See Gesenius Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon, page 552, Strong’s No. 5251.   This then was a warning that could be seen with one’s own physical [and spiritual] eyes, if they had “seeing eyes and hearing ears.”   Compare Matthew 13:10-17.
This statement in God’s inspired Word then obviously has to do with the re-establishment of Israel as a nation, which every serious student of the Bible knows occurred in 1948.  And why do I make such a claim?   Because it was…….
On the 30th day of August, 1947, the United Nations voted to partition the holy land, which at that time was still under the control of Great Britain.   It had been placed under their control by the old League of Nations following the first world war.   The U.N., on this date in 1947 voted to divide the British Mandate into two separate states, one for the Arabs and one for the Jews, while still leaving it under the control of Great Britian.  But from almost the time the land had been placed under the British Mandate, there had been constant clashes between the Arabs and the Jewish people, with the British caught in the middle, often receiving the worst of it from both groups.  The British military had become increasingly sick of trying to keep peace in the holy land.  When the U.N. voted to partition the land, the British government notified the U.N. that they were pulling out of the holy land and turning the Mandate back to the United Nations.   David Ben Gurion and other prominent Jewish leaders around the world immediately recognized that this was their golden opportunity to re-establish their own nation in their own ancient homeland, and they began making preparations to bring it to pass.   At that time there was a little less than 300,000 Jews living in the holy land.
When word leaked out that the Jews intended to declare their independence and re-establish  their own  nation, the Arabs immediately began to sound an alarm and began raising an army to stop the Jews.   The Muslin Arabs had no intention of having a Jewish nation re-established in the Middle East.  The political “friends” [?] of the Jewish people at that time repeatedly warned Ben Gurion and others that if they attempted to declare their independence as a nation, the Arab armies would immediately wipe them out.  Yet thousands of Jews [and even some Gentiles who loved the Jews] began pouring into the holy land from all over the world to help the Jewish people re-establish their country and their nation.   In those few months between the vote of the U.N. in August of 1947 and the end of the British Mandate in May of 1948, thousands of Jews returned to their ancient homeland.   The population swelled to approximately 350,000, with many of those Jewish men ready to fight and die to regain their ancient homeland and re-establish a safe haven for the Jewish people.   Glory to the God of Israel!
And then it happened!   On May 14, 1948, on the Day of Pentecost on the Jewish calendar, the British governor ruling in the Middle East over the Mandate stepped to the flagpole before the Hall of Justice in Tel Aviv and ran the British flag down the pole, officially ending the British Mandate over the holy land.   Immediately dear old David Ben Gurion walked up to that same flag pole, attached the flag of Israel to the ropes, and ran the new flag of Israel [designed after the prayer shawl of the Jewish people] up that flagpole, and then read a prepared statement declaring the nation of Israel to be a sovereign and independent nation,  taking its rightful place among the nations of the Middle East and the whole world.   Glory to God!
Dear readers, this was the first warning that God Himself prophesied in Isaiah 18:3.  The Lord God warned all of mankind on the earth that “…when He lifteth up an ensign on the mountains” that “all the inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth” should “see ye” and take heed!
Folks, Ben Gurion’s actions that day literally set forth this first warning.   The raising of the Israeli
2
flag that day “on the mountains” of Israel began the fulfillment of  God’s promises to bring the Jewish people back to their land again as one people and one nation.   See such passages as Jeremiah 24:5-7 and Ezekiel 37:11-14 and 37:21-22.
But dear readers, don’t fail to notice that this Scripture passage explicitly states that it was not simply David Ben Gurion that ran the flag of Israel up the flagpole that day.   It was the God of Israel who “lifteth up an ensign on the mountains of Israel, and called for “All ye inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth” to see yeand take notice of what He had done.  Praise the Lord!
Isn’t it glaringly obvious that the God of Israel brought this to pass, just as He told His dear old prophet Isaiah that He would?    Every reader willing to deal honestly with the Scriptures KNOWS the answer to this question.   My question to our readers is, “Did YOU “see” it? Have YOU really SEEN it?   Physically and spiritually?” Well…???
Sadly, there are “professing Christians” right to this day who refuse to acknowledge the work that the Lord God Himself did that day in Israel when He lifted up “an ensign [flag; banner] on the mountains” of Israel.   They refuse to acknowledge Israel’s right to exist as a nation in the same ancient homeland which God Himself gave to them by Title Deed as their own “everlasting inheritance.”  .
Some of these “replacement theologists,” [and others] over the years have challenged me to
produce documented evidence of Israel’s right to the holy land by producing the Title Deed for the holy land or a copy of it.   My reply…..what is that Book you are holding in your hand?   They usually reply, “Why it is my Bible!” Then why don’t they read it and pay attention to and believe what it says.     It is God’s inspired Word in which the Title Deed to Israel, and to the whole earth, is recorded.  Over and over again the Scriptures explicitly refer to the holy land as “the land of Israel,” and “their land,” and “the land which I gave them” and ”the land which I gave to the sons of Jacob.”   Folks, it is the inspired Word of God which records God giving the land of Israel to the Jewish people as their “everlasting inheritance.”  Anytime anyone, Jew or Gentile, carries or reads a Bible, they literally have an inspired copy of the Title Deed to the holy land with them.   Some folks ought to dump their dumb “theology” and get back into serious study of the Word of God, and pay attention to and believe what they read!
The Lord God fights for Israel

When the Jewish people under David Ben Gurion declared their independence on May 14, 1948, the foolish Arabs launched an attack against the Jewish people in Israel the next morning, May 15, 1948.  I don’t recall at this time the actual size of their armies, but the entire Jewish population of little Israel at that moment was approximately 350,000 people.   They were forced to defend themselves against the armies of the Arab nations who had a combined population of nearly 100 million people.   Israel’s war of Independence raged on throughout the rest of 1948 and was finally concluded by an armistice being signed in 1949.   Little David, with the help of the Lord God of Heaven, had beaten the Goliath of the Arabs right into the dust of the Middle East.  Praise God!   Israel was alive and well!  Praise God!   Hallelujah!   Glory to God!   It has now been 65 years since Israel became a nation!  The Israelites were forced to fight three more wars during these years, but each time they emerged victorious and stronger.   Their stiff necked ignorant Arab enemies are slow to learn that the God who brought His own chosen nation and people out of ancient Egypt some 3,500 years ago  is still capable of defending them today, and He does defend them!  Genesis 12:3 is still in the Bible for all of those who have intelligence enough to read and believe it.

The Second Warning

Since we now know what the first warning to mankind was in Isaiah 18:3, let’s turn our attention to the second warning found in this Scripture, “and when He bloweth a trumpet, hear ye.”  The first warning could be, and was to be, seen by the natural [and spiritual] eye of men.  But this second warning was to be heard!  It is obvious from the way the Scripture is worded, that it was God’s desire     that all mankind on the earth should “hear” this second warning, just as they were able to “see” the
3
first warning.   Why such a desire on the part of God?   Because “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance,” 2 Peter 3:9.
Dear readers, in this second warning is revealed the wonderful “love of God” for your soul and mine.    It has now been 65 years since the whole of mankind was  to “see” the flag of Israel waving on “the mountains” of Israel.  The raising of that flag on the mountains of Israel was a “sign” to all of mankind that “the time of the end” had come. See Psalm 48:13 and 49:1-4. Take your Concordance or Lexicon and look up the word “following” in 48:13 and the similar expression in 78:4. Both of these references make it strikingly clear that we who are living today are now living in “the last generation” of this present dispensation. Since Israel was re-established as a nation, more technological knowledge and more Scriptural revelation has occurred over these past 65 years than in all of previous human history, Daniel 12:4..   We are living in “the time of the end;”  “the last days,”  whether some want to believe it or not.   And what has mankind as a whole learned during these past 65 years since Israel was restored as a nation?  Apparently very little of any moral, righteous, or spiritual value!   Israel’s restoration was be to “seen” as a final warning to all of mankind to repent and to love, serve, and worship the God of Heaven and to deal fairly and justly with their fellow man.   Instead, mankind has gone farther and farther away from God and deeper and deeper into gross depravity and sin.  Right now while I write a repetition of “the days of Noah” and “the days of Lot” is  occurring in our whole world society, exactly as the Lord prophesied in Luke 17:26-30.
Because of this great turning away from the God of the Bible [apostasy…falling away] many millions of people living on the earth today, even dedicated “religious” people, are in no way qualified or ready to  “hear” when the Lord God “bloweth a trumpet.”
From my own serious in-depth studies of the Word, I am personally convinced that Isaiah 18:3 is referring to the Lord God Himself “blowing a trumpet” at the end of this 65 years of God’s “longsuffering” with mankind.  He has given all mankind on the earth a very clear warning that all mankind could have easily seen at any time during these past 65 years had they really wanted to “see.”
The Israeli flag waving “upon the mountains” of Israel has stood for all these years as a warning from God as big as a billboard that mankind is living in “the last days.”  But how many have been  willing to “see” and come to the Lord in true repentance and faith for salvation?  Therefore the lost unbelieving world who has refused to “see” and learn from the re-establishment of Israel as a nation, is certainly not spiritually qualified to “hear” when the Lord “bloweth a trumpet” at the time of the resurrection and rapture of all true New Covenant believers.  Only those who have had their spiritual senses opened by receiving Christ and being truly “born again” of His Holy Spirit, are ready and will be able to “hear” when the Lord Himself “bloweth a trumpet,” John 3:3-8; 1 Corinthians 2:11-16.
While God used David Ben Gurion as His instrument to raise the flag of Israel for all with “ eyes to see,” there is no indication in the Scriptures that any man will be used when the Lord Himself blows “the trumpet” to raise the dead in Christ and “change” and rapture the living in Christ.   Rather, it will come upon unsuspecting humanity instantly without any further warning.   Read it for yourself!
“For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump [trumpet] of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.   Wherefore comfort one another with these words,” 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18.
This will occur in a split second, totally unexpected by a lost world who has no appetite for the things of God, and therefore have no “seeing eyes and hearing ears,” 1 Corinthians 15:51-52.    Seven times in the New Testament it is explicitly recorded that Christ will come “as a thief in the night,” Matthew 24:43; Luke 12:39; 1 Thessalonians 5:2; 5:4;  2 Peter 3:10; Revelation 3:3; 16:15.   In other words, while the Lord God has graciously given us every kind of “sign,” warning us that we are swiftly approaching the end of this present dispensation, and that the unbelieving lost world is facing the terrible Tribulation period RIGHT NOW, and is still giving us these “signs” even as I write, the unbelieving lost world just doesn’t have spiritual discernment to “see” the real meaning of the Israeli flag being lifted up “on the mountains” of Israel.   Therefore they are not spiritually equipped
4
nor ready to “hear” what is preparing to occur. The resurrection and rapture will take this unbelieving lost world by total surprise!   The Lord will come for His New Covenant believers “in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye [atoma…the splitting of an atom of time], at the last trump: [the sound made by a trumpet] for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we [living believers] shall be changed,” 1 Corinthians 15:51-52.   Just as a thief comes in the darkness of the night, takes that which is most precious, and is gone before anyone realizes he has even been there, so the Lord God will come for His people at the time “appointed” for the “parousia” [pre-tribulation rapture] to occur, and He will come with the sound of “a trumpet.”

Do not be Deceived!

Oh yes, another word for those who don’t know how to study and “rightly divide” God’s Word.   There is a silly theory which has been circulated by the post-tribulationists for many years.   They dogmatically insist that “the last trump” in 1 Corinthians 15:52 just has to be the seventh or last trumpet blown in Revelation 11:15, which, according to them, brings the Tribulation period to an end.  Therefore, according to them, there is no pre-tribulation rapture, but rather a post-tribulation rapture which occurs at the end of the Tribulation.
Utter nonsense!   These “post-tribbers” don’t even have enough intelligence to know the difference between a “trump” and a “trumpet.”  One doesn’t play a “trump.”   One so inclined may learn how to play a “trumpet,” [an instrument] but no one plays a “trump” [a sound made by a trumpet].  A “trump” is the sound that comes forth from a “trumpet” when it is blown.  It can be properly blown and used to make beautiful music, or it can be blown improperly and make a lot of stupid noise; “no certain sound,” 1 Corinthians 14:7-8.   The inspired Apostle in 1 Corinthians 15:52 is actually verifying the fact that the Lord God Himself will “blow a trumpet” at the time of the resurrection and rapture.   The sounds of that trumpet will raise the dead in Christ, and then as the trumpet continues to sound, the living in Christ will be “changed,” and then as “the last trump” [the final sound] sounds, all New Covenant believers will be “caught up together to meet the Lord in the air” in a split second of time, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; 1 Corinthians 15:52..   This passage in 1 Corinthians 15:52 does not indicate any specific time in relation to the Tribulation.   Such a claim that it does is based on “willing ignorance” of both God’s Word and the statement actually made.
There are several other things wrong with this silly theory of the post-tribulationists, but to make it short, who is the person in Isaiah 18:3 who is explicitly stated to be the ONE who “bloweth the trumpet?”   Well…???    Who does the Scripture explicitly state in 1 Thessalonians 4:16 is coming with “the trump of God?”   Well…???   The answer in both cases is the Lord God Himself at the time of the resurrection and rapture of His New Covenant people.   Now would any of these post-tribulationist care to provide us with a single Scripture in The Book of  Revelation where the Lord God Himself is recorded as “blowing a trumpet.”   Either during the Tribulation or following the Tribulation?   Any trumpet!   Well…???   Dear readers, the ONLY TIME PERIOD set forth in the inspired Word when the Lord God “bloweth a trumpet” is BEFORE the Tribulation period begins.
This truth is verified by the TIME PERIOD set forth in the Scriptures when the Lord God comes to resurrect and rapture His New Covenant believers to glory.   In Revelation 3:10 the Lord God Himself explicitly promises His church that He will “keep thee from the hour of temptation” [peirasmos].   This Greek word translated as “temptation” in this passage literally refers to the first half of the TribulationScriptural proof of this truth is set forth in my word study entitled“PEIRASMOS,” which I will be glad to send to any reader upon request.  I also have a companion study entitled “The Two Hours” which also sets forth Scriptural and visible proof of the same truth.  I still believe that preachers and Bible teachers ought to prove their teachings with Scriptural proof rather than just running their mouths and expecting God’s people to swallow anything they have to say.   1 Thessalonians 5:21 is still in the Bible!   So is Acts 17:10-11.
More Scriptural proof of when the resurrection and rapture of New Covenant believers will occur is found in Galatians 1:4, “Who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil world [aion…age], according to the will of God and our Father.”   Folks, this present time period
5
in which we are living is the “dispensation of the grace of God,” Ephesians 3:2.  But the Tribulation period is the last seven years of the Dispensation of Law.   This passage in Galatians 1:4 explicitly states that the Lord died for us “that He might deliver us from this present evil world.”   Not from the Dispensation of Law, not from the Tribulation, not from the Millennial Kingdom following the Tribulation, but rather from  “this present evil world [aion…age].”   Those who attempt to place the resurrection and rapture of New Covenant believers in any period of time other than this present dispensation are only blowing unscriptural smoke.   They either haven’t studied the Word of God very well, or they simply don’t want to receive the truth of the Word!   Which is it?
I am not trying to deliberately offend any true believer, but the ONLY rapture taught in God’s Word for New Covenant believers is the Pre-tribulation Rapture.   PERIOD!!!

The great unnamed nation identified

Now let’s go back to Isaiah 18 and see if we can identify the great unnamed nation that God pronounces a “Woe” of judgment upon in this chapter.  We have already seen that this chapter is not speaking about the destruction of Ethiopia, so what nation is being spoken about?  The Lord God gives us such plain “clues” to the identify of this great unnamed nation, that by examining these clues we should be able to determine its identify.
First, this unnamed nation is said to be “the land shadowing with wings,” 18:1.  Look up this word translated as “shadowing” in your Concordance or Lexicon.   The word literally means “to make a noise with wings as the tinkling or clinking of armaments in order to overshadow; protect; observe.”  See Gesenius Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon, page 711, Strong’s No. 6767.  Now dear readers, you tell me…..what one nation on the earth today has airplanes, drones, and satellites in the air twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, observing everything occurring on the earth in view of possible political and/or military intervention?   Think about it!  Well…???
Second, this great unnamed nation is specifically stated to be located “beyond the rivers of Ethiopia,” 18:1.   The word “Ethiopia” is obviously used in this chapter as a generic term for the continent of Africa. This unnamed nation is then located across the sea from Africa.
Third, it is explicitly stated that this great unnamed nation sends “ambassadors by the sea,” 18:2.  In other words, this nation is obviously located across the sea or ocean from “Ethiopia” [the continent of Africa].   Now what great nation could that possibly be?   Well…???
Fourth, this great unnamed nation is obviously hated by many other nations in the world, for it is likely going to be destroyed by some nation who has nuclear capabilities. The inspired Word explicitly states of the judgment of God upon this nation, “I will take My rest, and I will consider in My dwelling place like a clear heat upon herbs, and like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest,” 18:4.  Any farmer or even one who grows a garden knows that a “clear heat” coming upon tender herbs will  burn them up by scorching them to death.   Likewise, when a cloud of dew comes upon herbs and plants “in the heat of harvest,” those herbs and plants will be scorched to death by the heat.   This strongly suggests to me that this great unnamed nation will be suddenly destroyed by nuclear war or by some nuclear device.  Now what one nation on the earth today has so many enemies, that it is on guard 24/7 against a nuclear attack, and is actually being threatened RIGHT NOW with such an attack by more than one nation?   Hello!   Well…???

The Time Element

The time when this great unnamed nation is destroyed is also of paramount importance to all who are serious about the prophetic Word.   Listen carefully…..”For afore the harvest, when the bud is perfect, and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall both cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and take away and cut down the branches,” 18:5.  The words used in this Scripture are quite clearly speaking of the destruction of this great unnamed nation taking place in the Spring of the year.
This truth is further confirmed by the next Scripture, “They shall be left together unto the fowls of the mountains, and to the beasts of the earth:  and the fowls shall summer upon them, and all the
6
beasts of the earth shall winter upon them,” 18:6.  Since it is specifically stated that the “fowls” [birds] will feed on the dead bodies of the people in this great unnamed nation during the  summer, and that the “beasts” [animals] will feed on their dead bodies through the following winter, then it is obvious that this terrible destruction comes upon this nation in either late Spring or early Summer.  In view of the season of the year, and the whole world situation, politically, militarily, and spiritually, which exists RIGHT NOW, isn’t the timing given in this inspired chapter fascinating?  It is to me!
Let’s look for a minute at the Song of Solomon 2:8-13.   Notice that the “time element” for the King to raise and rapture His espoused bride is specifically stated in 2:11-13, “For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone;  The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle [turtledove] is heard in our land.  The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell.   Arise, My love, my fair one, and come away.”   These Scriptures fairly SCREAM to those prepared and willing to “hear” that the “time element” in these Scriptures is the Spring of the year
So now we have two portions of God’s inspired Word which tell us about two separate events which are both scheduled to come to pass in the Spring of the year.   The passage in Isaiah 18 tells us of the total destruction of a great unnamed nation which will occur in the Spring of the year.   This passage in the Song of Solomon 2 tells us of the raising and rapture of “the bride of Christ” in the Spring of the year.   So 65 years after the Lord God “lifteth up an ensign on the mountains” of Israel for all mankind to “see,” exactly what season of the year are we in right now?   D-u-u-h!
As I look out my window while writing this study, the grass is turning green, the jonquils are blooming, the robins are hopping across the yard looking for earthworms, the apple and pear trees are covered in blossoms.  As I made my way into town yesterday five beautiful turtledoves took flight right in front of me as my vehicle approached.   What season are we in?   It is the Spring of the year!
Is all of this “coincidence” or is the Lord God still graciously trying to warn mankind to “hear…..when He bloweth a trumpet.?”
Yet one more thing for our readers.   It has been 65 years since the flag of Israel was lifted up “on the mountains” of Israel.   Why 65 years?   6 + 5 = 11.   “11” is the Bible number for the Judgment of GodThis is the year which will begin God’s judgment upon the incorrigible unbelieving Christ rejecters in this world.  Unbelieving mankind upon the earth [6], having rejected the grace of God in Christ [5] have now come to the “appointed time” for the righteous judgment [11] of Almighty God.   Right here, right now, in the Spring of this 65th year.  I further suggest that every reader go to Psalm 113, which correlates with 2013 on our Gentile calendar, and carefully study verses 7 and 8.   If these two Scriptures are not speaking about a resurrection and rapture occurring during this present year, then just throw this study in the trash, forget everything I have written, and stay ignorant.   Your “willing ignorance” will also be Scriptural, 1 Corinthians 14:38; Revelation 22:11.

The Final Important Question???

The one important question that every reader of this study MUST now face and answer in their own heart and soul is, “Am I prepared to “hear” the trumpet of the Lord when He causes it to sound at the resurrection and rapture of His people?”   You dear reader, will have to answer this question for yourself.   I cannot answer it for you!   Read 2 Corinthians 13:5 and 2 Peter 1:10 and make your “calling and election sure.”   I have poured out my heart and soul in writing this study, for my heart’s desire is to meet every reader in glory when our Lord “bloweth a trumpet” as He comes to receive His New Covenant saints to Himself, John 14:1-3.  Please, please, meet me in glory at the coming of our Lord for us! John 3:3-8; 3:16; 3:36; 5:24; Acts 4:12; 16:30-31; Romans 10:8-13; Ephesians 2:8-10.
