Not only does Bryan Denlinger stand before God as accursed by his false gospel of adding works onto salvation  see Galatians 1:8,9

Concision is a noun used as the horrific act of mutilation that was applied to circumcision  which was applied directly to the Judaizers who tried to pervert the gospel of grace that Paul was preaching.  Judiazers are those to add words onto salvation.  Paul considers these people like Bryan Denlinger as pointed out in the links above as DOGS.   

Here's what Oxford Dictionary says about The Concision when used as a noun:  

used and applied contemptuously to Judaizing Christians : Then will the winepress of God's wrath begin to be trodden in the valley of concision>>"
