 As I've said many times, we are warned by Paul in Colossians 2:8 to BEWARE LEST ANY MAN SPOIL YOU THROUGH PHILOSOPHY AND VAIN DECEIT, AFTER THE TRADITIONS OF MEN, ATER THE RUDIMENTS OF THE WORLD, AND NOT AFTER CHRIST.

This is the foundation of this study. To warn Christians not to get caught up in the affairs of this world of RELIGION - ECUMENISM - DOMINIONISM SOCIAL GOSPEL.

All forms of "religious activity" fall into SOULICAL or Carnal exercise no matter how noble or holy. I had recently completed a 2-part study of We Are DEAD and HID in God.  I urge the reader to study this to gain a deeper understanding of the SOUL ruling the SPIRIT instead of us commanded to be and walk Spiritual. Otherwise, we walk in condemnation. Romans 8:1 is clear: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk NOT after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

I have observed over the years that Satan loves to seduce mankind with pride in one's own ability to make things right. It is directly connected to self-righteousness and seeking enlightenment through works. Read Jude 1:11. Cain wouldn't have anything to do with a bloody sacrifice but was content in his "own" pious religious act of bringing beautiful fruit to the altar. You'll see where Jordan Peterson completely misses the mark later in this study.

Disclaimer: I strongly urge my readers to watch the movie "The Sound of Freedom." It is a gripping, powerful, moving top notch film that is very compelling. I honestly had the front of shirt wet from tears.  I have no doubt God was directly involved in using these men and women to liberate hundreds of enslaved children. This is the perfect example of how misguided and clueless Jordan Peterson is regarding the Word of God. Firstly, this is NOT what Cain says and why Cain sinned. The sin of Cain, what Jude 1:11 refers to as the way of Cain is that Cain rejects God’s directives and chooses to worship God in his own way. He invents his own religion. That bloody disgusting slaughtered innocent lamb on the altar is repulsive to Cain, he tells God that his beautiful clean fruit and vegetables are a better sacrifice and more pleasing. When God rejects Cain’s sacrifice, Cain is enraged and hatred for Abel turns to murder. 

The great irony here is that Jordan Peterson has found his own religion his own vain imagination which is enmity against God, his vain philosophical religious and pious acts of holy yet denying the power of God the cross of Jesus Christ..


In the middle of his interview Jordan Peterson gives an add to the Catholic Mystics and Contemplative prayer and bible study. Honestly, does Jordan Peterson know Jesus Christ? No! He is using this to garner traffic to his channel and business.

The Bible does not merely offer suggestions or perspectives—it provides the absolute truth by which all else must be measured. For believers, there is no middle ground where political issues are not also biblical issues.

Many would like to say that there are certain political issues that the Scripture does not address directly. However, on these significant concerns, where the Word of God has provided clear instruction, there is no room for deviation. Brother Andrew, I wonder if perhaps you could (or are lead to) expand/expound specifically this study into the wickedness, depravity and fleshly nature of the NAR/word-faith movement. You touched on it briefly and I'm thankful, however, I have the unction from the Spirit that there is a deep connection to "pharmakia"... I am increasingly aware of how most Christians who believe that the "great commission" is for us today, and many who don't but are attending apostate 501(c)3 buildings, are consumed, immersed in running to doctors and worrying about whether they have insurance, etc, etc.... Praying for healing, meanwhile taking handfuls of pharma drugs, and/or handfuls of supplements, trying to preserve the dying flesh. Even declaring that it's the devil robbing them of life and health, rather than having peace and contentment, knowing that the flesh cannot be saved, but as Christians we have the hope of the resurrection... There's a balance between keeping our focus on feeding the inner man and simply being sensible about caring for the flesh.
