While believers anticipate the eventual return of Christ, how should they approach living faithfully in the present while awaiting the Parousia?

The Jews eyes will not be opened on this side of the Catching away of the Church. Also, Yeshua does not mean Jesus it means Savior. Please do not be seduced by the Judaizers. The Jews must enter Daniel's 70th week aka Tribulation aka Time of Jacob's Trouble.

On a minor yet potentially troublesome issue with your comment is your use of the word "Parousia" G3952 which is Greek for "a coming" or "a presence" "appearance".  This word is usually used for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ Revelation 19 KJB and not the Rapture HARPAZO G726. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 KJB. IF you're referring to Parousia as the Second Coming then you are teaching a wrong Doctrine of a Post Tribulation Rapture. Regarding the Jews (only a Remnant of 1/3 will be saved Zechariah 13:9, Romans 9:25-27) who's eyes have been opened, this is correct. After the Tribulation the Remnant will be saved Isaiah 6:13, Romans 9:27.
