The Mission of Jesus Christ - vs - The Mission of Satan

Jesus mission to to save mankind from destruction and hell and bring man back to God.  
Satan's mission is to stop Jesus' mission at whatever cost.

Isaiah Chapter 61: The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.* Luke 4:17-21: And there was delivered unto him (Jesus) the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again. And after he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And all the eyes of all them were fastened on him. (Jesus said), "This day this scripture is fulfilled in your ears." 

After Jesus' triumph over Satan in the wilderness, he went to his hometown of Nazareth and went to a synagogue on the Sabbath day. As was customary for a guest in a synagogue, Jesus was invited to read scripture that was given to him to read. And as ordained by God this wasn't any ordinary scripture but perfectly fitting and prophetic. The scripture given Jesus was in Isaiah. Jesus took and went straight to the verses in Chapter 61 above. Bear in mind that the Holy Spirit through the prophet Isaiah had written these words over 700 years before Jesus was born. When Jesus read these words he was 1. Fulfilling prophecy 2. Defining his purpose, his Mission. I think Luke 4:18-19 is Jesus' Mission Statement. Look at the verbs Jesus uses in his mission statement: the Lord IS upon me. He HAS ANOINTED me. To PREACH the gospel. SENT me TO HEAL. TO FREE (set at liberty).***************************************************

It is very interesting to me where Jesus was when he made his mission statement and what happened to him after he made it. He was in a church.. Religion was the rule of that house he entered and immediately after Jesus read the scripture he said, TODAY FOLKS THIS IS NOW FULFILLED.; I.E. I am the one this is talking about. At first the "religious people" were amazed and then the spirit of the Antichrist took over their dark religious hearts and they attacked the anointing.. Within a short period of time they threw Jesus out of their CHURCH and were hauling him off to throw him off a cliff to kill him.. The Bible says they were "filled with wrath"...and went about to kill Jesus... (For NO REASON). Luke 4: 28-29 THE MISSION OF JESUS CHRIST IS TO PREACH THE GOSPEL UNDER THE ANOINTING OF GOD (GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT); TO HEAL THE BROKENHEARTED; AND TO SET PEOPLE FREE. ************************************************

THE MISSION OF THE DEVIL IS TO STEAL, KILL AND DESTROY. ************************************************The Mission of Satan, the Devil: To completely destroy God's creation and especially mankind's salvation through Jesus Christ, hence, the Mission of Jesus.    John 10:10: The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; and in the same verse we again see the mission of Jesus is to bring life. The Mission of Jesus: John 10:10 ... I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. Jesus is NOT man-made, man-centered, man-controlled religion (http://www.growthingod.org.uk/jubilee.htm) . Jesus Christ IS GOD THE SON who came to earth 2,000 years ago as God and Man (God incarnate) as the Son of God.Religion is man-made, man-centered, and man-controlled. The anointing breaks the yoke of religion. Therefore, anytime the anointing (Christ) comes into any contact with religion, religion and its elements (man using man made laws, and man made activity) will attack violently to steal, kill, and destroy.Dear Heavenly Father, Grant us your saints great grace through the blood sprinkled mercy seat of Christ Jesus our Lord to overcome the religion of man (Babylon) and all her agents. And we your saints proclaim this will not be done by might or power but by your Spirit. Amen. Zechariah 4:6
