Saints, Remember The Kingdom Of Heaven.

Saints, Remember The Kingdom Of Heaven.

Here is a hope maker, a faith builder dear Saints.  Always remember the Big Picture in your struggles. I wanted to share this email I received from Pastor Riley. God bless you.

After Christ bodily and visibly returns
He will "forcibly take" this kingdom and make it His own literal, visible, Millennial Kingdom.
Right now every position of authority on this earth is in the hands of the wicked and violent.  But when Christ returns and
forcibly establishes His authority over the kingdom, then every position of authority on this earth will be filled by a born-again,
blood-washed, saved by grace, resurrected and glorified New Covenant believer, who will rule and reign with Christ over a
righteous and holy Kingdom on earth "forever."  Glory to God!  What great things the Lord has prepared for them who love
Him.

In answer to your question, look at the big picture.  The "kingdom of heaven" is literally "the kingdom from the heavens."
This means that it is the same kingdom prophesied to be set up in the earth by the God of Heaven in Daniel 2:44.  It is also
the same kingdom promised to the Jewish people clear back in Deuteronomy 28:9-13.
The prophecy in Daniel 2:44 explicitly states that the kingdom would be established on the earth during "the days of these kings."  That statement in context refers to the four world empires that Daniel had just told Nebuchadnezzar would exist during the course of human history.  The Roman Empire was the fourth and last one.  The first coming of Christ occurred during the
time of the Roman Empire.  Therefore, in order to fulfill the prophecy, the Lord God did set up "the kingdom of heaven" in its present spiritual form upon the earth at His first coming during the time of the Roman Empire.  If you will recall both John the Baptist and Christ went forth preaching, "Repent ye, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."
This may be hard for some to understand, but the kingdom promised to Christ was that He should rule over all of humanity upon the face of the whole earth.  Christ is to literally rule the whole world.  That the promised kingdom was established in its
present spiritual form at the first coming of Christ is evident, for the Lord Himself clearly stated such to the Jews to whom He was preaching, Matthew 12:28.
The prophecies make it quite clear that this kingdom is to be ruled over [under the supervision of] by Christ, and the resurrected and glorified New Covenant believers are promised to rule and reign with Him.  However, it was not the "appointed time" for the resurrection and rapture to occur at the first coming.  Nevertheless, the kingdom was established in the earth spiritually by Christ at His first coming, and in the absence of the rightful rulers over this kingdom, the Lord explicitly stated that"the violent take it by force," Matthew 11:12.  See also Luke 16:16.  Recall that Christ instructed His disciples in the model prayer to pray for God's kingdom to be established in the earth.  That it was established is verified by the Lord's statement in Matthew 12:28.  Yet while the kingdom itself was set in place at the Lord's first coming, the lost wicked world rejected the KingLuke 19:12.   So Christ returned to Heaven to receive the authority from His Father to return back to the earth again and take the kingdom by force, exactly as prophesied centuries previously in Daniel 7:13-14.
Him.
I hope this help to clarify the question you asked.  God bless you dear brother.  See you SOON in glory.  In the love of
Christ Jesus our precious Savior and Lord,

                    Bro. Riley
