KEEP IT SIMPLE
we are saved
IF
IF WE BELIEVE CHRIST DIED ON THE CROSS FOR OUR SINS ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES, HE WAS BURIED, AND HE ROSE AGAIN THE 3RD DAY ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTUES... 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJB
All after is discipleship and growth in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Commentary from Brother James
Quote:
"I wish to ad just one thought I’ve had on James statement faith without works is dead. I see in Noah who was a just and upright man before God, he listened to God and believed. With this faith he had he built the ark, if he had not listened and only believed. He would have perished with the unbelievers, His faith wrought his work by fear and trembling before God, he even warned others before God, in whom he believed." End Quote.
When examining closely James 2:24 we find the word JUSTIFY = G1344 in context of James Chapter 2 is G1166 which is the EVIDENCE or PROOF of SALVATION; i.e., that which is shown and seen = FRUIT.
Matthew 7:20
“Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.”
King James Version (KJV)

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”

Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch is a fascinating and pivotal moment in the New Testament. It can be found in the Acts of the Apostles, specifically in Acts 8:26-40 in the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible. Here’s a brief summary:
Philip, one of the early Christian evangelists, is guided by an angel of the Lord to go south to the road that leads from Jerusalem to Gaza. On his way, Philip encounters an Ethiopian eunuch, a high-ranking official in charge of the treasury of the Queen of Ethiopia. This eunuch had gone to Jerusalem to worship and was now returning home, sitting in his chariot and reading the book of Isaiah the prophet.
The Holy Spirit prompts Philip to approach the chariot. Philip asks the eunuch if he understands what he is reading, to which the eunuch replies that he needs someone to explain it to him. Inviting Philip to sit with him, the eunuch is reading from Isaiah 53:7-8, which speaks of Jesus Christ going to cross for our sins.
Philip begins with this scripture and preaches the good news about Jesus to the eunuch. As they travel along the road, they come across some water. The eunuch expresses his desire to be baptized, and Philip baptizes him right there. After the baptism, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly takes Philip away, and the eunuch continues on his way rejoicing.
This encounter is significant as it marks the spread of the Christian gospel beyond the Jewish community to the Gentiles and other nations.
Ephesians 3:2
“If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:”
King James Version (KJV)
Paul was known for his lengthy sermons and teachings. Here are a few instances from the King James Version (KJV) Bible where Paul preached or taught for extended periods:
Acts 20:7-12: Paul preaches late into the night in Troas. > "And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight." (Acts 20:7 KJV)
Paul teaches all day in Rome. > Acts 28:23 KJV: "And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening."
