Inheriting the Kingdom of God Is The Mystery

INheriting the Kingdom Study (thethirdheaventraveler.com)

To the Believers - Saints

Inheriting the Kingdom is the Mystery Revealed to Paul from Jesus Christ in that the Gentiles would be grafted into the Olive Tree of Israel - to be the Seed of Abraham through FAITH - It was counted unto Abraham as RIGHTEOUS.

Hence the Age of Grace or the Church Age which is the GOSPEL of GRACE

Ephesians 3:1-6 KJB

For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,

2If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

3How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,

4Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

5Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;

6That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

Romans 4:3-5 KJV: Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. 4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. 5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Romans 11:24

King James Version

24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

Romans 11:25

King James Version

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Galatians 3:29 KJV: "And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."

Galatians 3:16 KJV: "Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ."

Prologue: I have been working on this subject for several years and have twice before posted Blogs on the subject of Inheriting the Kingdom VS Entering the Kingdom. In other words many have confused and are confounded by Inheriting the Kingdom and equate it with Salvation. I recently saw someone struggling with this and it was a great hinderance in their Christian walk of sanctification - spiritual growth.

I am finding over and over again the Laodicean 501C3 Brick and Mortar Building operations run by apostate trained CEOs called pastors use Inheriting the Kingdom as a hammer over their feeble minded followers, continually keeping them in guilt and works based salvation, The Holy Spirit prompted me to post a new study with more ammunition in scripture and to actually REFUTE - REBUKE the notion and teaching that a backslidden or carnal Christian is not saved and will go to hell and ultimately the eternal lake of fire.

Previous studies:

Essential Background Information:

Sadly, most do not understand the Kingdom, The Kingdom of God, The Kingdom of the Son, The Kingdom of Christ, and The Kingdom of Heaven. This goes hand in hand with a grave misunderstanding of most Christians regarding the Dispensations, namely the Kingdom Gospel and the Gospel of Grace. To further complicate the issue, most Christians have no clear understanding of Bible Eschatology that sheds even great light on the Kingdom of God.

Why is this? Today the Laodicean Church = These apostate trained CEOs called pastors with their perverted heretical doctrine and perverted bible translations are preaching another gospel, another Jesus. The PreTribulation Rapture and all Eschatology has been thrown out of the window. Dispensation is a forbidden and foreign word. Doctrines of Demons have replaced the King James Bible and solid doctrine with DOMINION THEOLOGY (kingdom now theology), New Apostolic Reformation along with the Prosperity Gospel and Christian Nationalism. All emphasis is based on building the kingdom of the antichrist. Making Christians look down on the things of this world and slowly become OF this world in the alliance of Ecumenism and Gnosticism, Eastern Mysticism which brings in the likes of SOCIAL GOSPEL, ECOTHEOLOGY, MEDITATION, GRAVE SOAKING, FORTUNE TELLING, CHRISTIAN YOGA, and of course the entire gamut of UNIVERSALISM, (the non-existence of hell and the lake of fire for unregenerated (unsaved people), the L%#*T. + AGENDA.

The reason modern apostate reprobate so-called pastors love to teach that inheriting the kingdom means salvation is eternal security gets thrown out of the window as well as the cross and the efficiency of the blood of Christ Jesus for the remission of sins. This leads to WORKS BASED salvation and always working to pay your dues including unbiblical tithing for this dispensation of GRACE and making merchandise of the sheeple. The greatest weapon of Satan is getting people to doubt - mentally not know and question their salvation. This keeps them in bondage to the SYSTEM. The Demonic so-called church accountability groups continually calling to attend service and always pay with one's time and pocket book.

Another evil prevailing in this Laodicean age is the HYPER-DISPENSATIONALIST who joins forces with the NAR and NEW AGE agenda to keep the church out of Prophecy and the Book of Revelation. SPECIFICALLY, Reigning with Jesus Christ as Kings and Priests. See my studies exposing this evil agenda including a false belief the church is NOT the Bride of Christ. For this teaching continually indoctrinates the feeble minded Christian that all prophecy including the KINGDOM of God is only for Israel and the Little Flock (the saved first members of Pentecost). See my studies exposing and debunking this heresy and why it is so evil. In my many years studying this subject I am convinced the primary reason the Laodicean church does not understand or preach the Kingdom is because of the direct connection to our prize, rewards, crowns at the BEMA Seat and how this will directly relate to our eternal position with Jesus Christ throughout the Millenial reign and into the eternal state forever. Again, they want the Christian striving unlawfully for their rewards and position in this age for the apostate church which will no doubt eventually support the antichrist.

How to be immune

To understand the kingdom in relation to the Christian We find that 1 Corinthians 3:1 divides a Christian between SPIRITUAL and CARNAL.

The Carnal Christian is saved but will not reign - activating their inheritance with Jesus Christ in a position of authority with crowns.

Simply stated, A carnal Christian is that person who continually seems to be backsliding and living a double life with one foot in the world and the other with Jesus Christ.

We know we are created in the image and after the likeness of The Godhead Genesis 1:26 KJB - being a person with a body as Jesus Christ who is the image of the invisible God and the fullness of the Godhead BODILY Colossians 1:15, 2:9 KJB - comprised of the 3 parts as BODY, SOUL, and SPIRIT. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 KJB.

The pagan concept of the Trinity 3 distinct gods or persons distorts creation and our tripartite (consisting of 3 parts) existence which is after the likeness of the Godhead.

See study:

Trinity is Pagan Practice of Polytheism in Mainstream Christianity #EndTimes #Apostasy (thethirdheaventraveler.com)

For terms we know that the body is our flesh blood physical body. Our soul is our mind (the carnal mind is enmity against God), our will, volition, our emotions, our desire, our feelings and personality.

The spirit of man:

whether saved or unsaved also have the spiritual faculty of communion, conscience and intuition. I will explain communion below, but we all understand conscience - knowing what is right and wrong, and intuition having that 6th sense of something not seen, example: Something doesn’t seem right about that person.

Communion of the spirit. The differences between the saved and unsaved person is in the faculty of communion. Although both saved and unsaved have the function of communion there is a major difference as follows:

As a saved person, our spirit is the function of our communion of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. An unsaved person still is born with a spirit but their spirit is unregenerated - dead and virtually inactive in relation to communion.

Instead of possessing the Holy Spirit the unsaved will be in either a dead state whereby their soul will be in command achieving often great and most noble and lofty accomplishments. Some unsaved are very active spiritually in their communion with the spiritual world under the command of Satan and the powers, principalities, rulers of darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places. This is precisely why some witches, spiritualists, mystics have supernatural abilities and can be used by familial spirits and other spiritual influences.

The Difference between the Saved Spiritual Christian and the Saved Carnal - in the flesh Christian

Spiritual Christians are reborn - regenerated with the Holy Spirit indwelling within their spirit and their spirit is controlled by the Holy Spirit and their spirit in turn rules over their SOUL which commands and disciplines the BODY. Jesus Christ and Paul were very clear that these are who inherit the Kingdom See many scriptures and analysis I provide below. With this knowledge it should be much easier to understand the difference between entering the Kingdom and inheriting the Kingdom.

A carnal Christian lives in the SOUL (emotion, desire, character, feelings, mind (the carnal mind is enmity against God). The carnal Christian’s SOUL - commands and directs their SPIRIT.

There is a book I have had in my bookshelf for years as a must read for every Christian titled, “THE SPIRITUAL MAN” by Chinese Christian Watchman Nee back in the 1920s who suffered greatly for his faith. In his book Spiritual Man Watchman goes into this in great detail throughout his book and I strongly urge my readers to get the 1968 edition as the later Revisions after his death were compromised.

Here's a quote that brings me to my point of the difference between inheritance which is synonymous with entering the kingdom or salvation and Inheriting the kingdom from Watchman Nee page 65 Part 1:

Quote:

TWO KINDS OF CHRISTIANS The Apostle in 1 Corinthians 3.1 divides all Christians into two classifications. They are the spiritual and the carnal. A spiritual Christian is one in whom the Holy Spirit dwells in his spirit and controls his entire being. What is meant, then, by being carnal? The Bible employs the word "flesh" to describe the life and value of an unregenerated man. It comprises everything which issues from his sinful soul and body (Rom. 7.19). Hence a carnal Christian is one who has been born anew and has God's life, but instead of overcoming his flesh he is overcome by the flesh. We know the spirit of a fallen man is dead and he is dominated by his soul and body. A carnal Christian, therefore, is one whose spirit has been quickened, but who still follows his soul and body unto sin. If a Christian remains in a carnal condition long after experiencing new birth, he hinders God's salvation from realizing its full potential and manifestation. Only when he is growing in grace, constantly governed by the spirit, can salvation be wholly wrought in him. God has provided full salvation in Calvary for the regeneration of sinners and complete victory over the believer's old creation.

Understanding The Kingdom used in Scripture:

For a brief description, CONTEXT is the key to understanding THE KINGDOM used in scripture. To understand the Kingdom one must carefully study the context used. For example The Kingdom of God refers to the spiritual kingdom of God, and the Kingdom of Heaven refers to the actual physical kingdom of God that will be established for the 1,000 year reign of Jesus Christ on earth following the 7 year Tribulation. A few examples of Kingdom of God = Spiritual kingdom are Matthew 12:28 KJB (Kingdom Dispensation) and Romans 14:17 KJB (Dispensation of Grace). Examples of Kingdom of Heaven = physical kingdom are Matthew 4:17 (The Kingdom would have been established IF Israel would have received Jesus Christ as their true Messiah which is all part of the Kingdom Dispensation. For the Dispensation of GRACE Paul in the context of 2 Thessalonians 1:5 to refer to the physical kingdom. It is here that we need to understand Paul always uses the Kingdom of God interchangeably. He does not refer to Heaven as was in the Gospels. Also note that the Kingdom of Christ used by Paul is also interchangeable.

Matthew 13:11

“He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.”

King James Version (KJV)

Mark 4:11

“And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:”

King James Version (KJV)

Understanding the Kingdom of God - Kingdom of Heaven

THE COMING KINGDOM by Dr. Andy Woods is a wonderful book that explains in great detail the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven which are used interchangeably in scripture and in some instances the Kingdom of God is used purely in the context of the SPIRITUAL KINGDOM and the Kingdom of Heaven is used purely in the context of the coming PHYSICAL KINGDOM during the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ in which we the Saints will rule with Jesus Christ.

In each of the inherit the KIngdom scriptures below, The context is referring NOT to salvation but rather works and setting oneself as Spiritual not carnal, overcoming.

In 1 Corinthians Chapter 6:9 it is absolutely clear THE UNRIGHTEOUS shall not inherit.

1 Corinthians 6:9-13 KJB

In Galatians 5:19 again, Paul makes it clear that the WORKS of the FLESH are what is manifested.

Galatians 5:19-21 KJB

Ephesians 5 is even more clear: Paul writes in verse 1: Followers of God (this is a sanctification issue NOT a justification issue. In verse 3 Paul warns “LET IT NOT BE ONCE NAMED AMONG YOU” This is referring to those who are carnal and fallen into the habitual vice listed. In verses 6 and 7 refer to Disobedience and not being partakers with them. This is absolutely NOT a justification - salvation issue, but rather sanctification.

Ephesians 5:5-8 KJB

In Ephesians we clearly understand that Paul is addressing Christians - Believers - Saints - Those who are Saved and going to live eternally with Jesus Christ and who will inherit the Kingdom. Ephesians is obvious that a a saved person also inherits the Kingdom. And if study in more depth we find that These Saints Paul is addressing are "predestined to their inheritance and that the earnest (noun) .

Ephesians 5:13, 14 KJB: In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

earnest (n.)

"portion of something given or done in advance as a pledge," early 15c., with unetymological -t- (perhaps from influence of the other earnest), from Middle English ernes (c. 1200), "a pledge or promise;" often "a foretaste of what is to follow;" also (early 13c.) "sum of money as a pledge to secure a purchase or bind a bargain (earnest-money); from Old French erres and directly from Latin arra, probably from Phoenician or another Semitic language (compare Hebrew 'eravon "a pledge"). Sometimes in Middle English as erness, suggesting it was perceived as er "early" + -ness.

Oxford English dictionary page 825: A serious offer, a pledge commitment of a foretaste installment future, afterwards to be received in a greater abundance.

Revelation 21:7

More proof is provided in Revelation Chapter 21 verse 7. Overcomers shall inherit.

Revelation 21:7

In verse 8 of Revelation 21 we have a scripture that shows works as unto Salvation which harmonizes with the Tribulation Saints and which they must have FAITH and WORKS. False teachers love to use Revelation 21:8 and apply this to the wrong dispensation. See study on Dispensational truth - Rightly dividing the word of truth 2 Timothy 2:15 KJB.

Here are the scriptures that harmonize with the Tribulation Saints needing works as part of their salvation:

Revelation 7:14

14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Revelation 14:12

12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Revelation 21:8

Source: https://bible.knowing-jesus.com/topics/Tribulation-Saints

And here in Revelation 22 verse 12, Jesus says, “...and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his WORK shall be.” John writes in verse14: “Blessed are they that DO his commandments, that they may have RIGHT to the Tree of Life.” Glorified bodies.

Revelation 22:15

Note Revelation 22:15 is for those who are NOT with Glorified Bodies. who will NOT reign with Jesus Christ. For the Tree of Life is for those with Glorified Bodies who will reign with Jesus Christ.

This subject has for years been a compelling subject for me personally, questioning continually this age-old debate: Does Inheriting the Kingdom of God mean the same as Salvation.

Although, I grew up in the church where I had continually been told that inheriting the kingdom is synonymous with entering the Kingdom, I could never harmonize ETERNAL SECURITY - which is solid and true Biblical doctrine (see eternal security in links below) - with one truly saved Saint falling into sin and losing their salvation - not enter the kingdom Galatians 5

Again, one of the many reasons I - many churches actually and to my long-time subscribers know how I came out of the apostate brick and mortar 501C3 institutions and have been home church and underground church both here in the United States and overseas in Asia as well.

DEBUNKING THE INHERIT The Kingdom = ENTERING The Kingdom SALVATION proponents

I’ve gone through many many studies that believe Inheriting the Kingdom is the same as Entering the Kingdom. They all seem to fall along one of these 3 examples I expose:

Example One: This link teaches in part that the unsaved do not inherit the Kingdom. They incorrectly reference 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, saying those saved used to be those who will not inherit the kingdom, implying the rest of the Christians Paul addresses in 1 Corinthians 1:2 KJB as Saints will go to hell. This is completely backwards, proving this person does not truly understand the context of 1 Corinthians 6 as I explained above.

Example Two: This Link from Got Questions believes a true Christian will repent from sin but a lost person will be in habitual sin and not repent. This does not line up with and harmonize with associated scriptures as I’ve listed above.

What does it mean that a person will not inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-11)? | GotQuestions.org

Example Three: This link claims that ALL the saved will inherit the Kingdom but completely deny WORKS are judged based on our sanctification and has nothing related to our Justification. I’ve seen a great deal of misunderstanding of the terms: JUSTIFICTIFICATION (standing as Righteous before God) SANCTIFICATION (the growth, maturity and works of a Christian to become more like Christ who are SPIRITUAL and NOT CARNAL.

This study completely misses the point that works will be judged and even a portion of the saved will not inherit the Kingdom

Notes:

Great Commentary regarding Entering The Kingdom is not the same as Inheriting the Kingdom:

By

John Appelt

Contrary to what commentators say, the answer to this question is yes. It boils down to seeing the difference between “entering the kingdom” and “inheriting the kingdom.”

Entering the kingdom is by the new birth. The Bible is clear that the natural man cannot be a part of God’s kingdom, I Corinthians 15:50. One must be born anew. One cannot see the kingdom of God unless he is born again, John 3:3.

Concerning inheriting the kingdom, one reference is I Corinthians 6. Paul was exasperated that Christians were taking Christians to court, I Corinthians 6:1-8. Immediately after this, Paul lists those who will not inherit the kingdom of God, I Corinthians 6:9, 10. These people were already saved, as I Corinthians 6:11 indicates.

Corinth had such a reputation that a verb was coined by the Greek author Aristophanes over 300 years before Christ: “corinthianize” – to lead a life of the grossest immorality and drunkenness. Although these actions were in their past, it was said the Corinthian believers were living more loosely than the pagans. Paul admonished them who were saved from their lurid past to not live in such a carnal way.

Galatians 5:19-21 speaks of those who will not inherit the kingdom of God. They are marked by the works of the flesh, which is contrasted with the fruit of the Spirit. Ephesians 5:5 also mentions those who will not have any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. They were once in darkness but are now to walk as children of light, Ephesians 5:6-10.

It is clear that these were saved, and no threat was expressed that they might lose their salvation which Scriptures affirm they cannot, John 3:16; 6:47; 10:28-29. But it is also clear that such carnal actions will prevent one from inheriting the kingdom.

Inheriting the kingdom is not the same as entering the kingdom. It is as different as one being a subject of a kingdom and one receiving an inheritance within the kingdom. Some liken the difference to someone being allowed to live in a mansion and then later being willed the mansion. There is a huge difference. So, there is likewise a great difference between being or living in the kingdom, and inheriting the kingdom, or being a “co-ruler” in the kingdom.

The Judgment Seat of Christ will determine who shall be rewarded and the degree of reward, I Corinthians 3:11-15. Unfortunately, some will be saved and have nothing to show for it and yet are “saved, yet so as through fire.”

Believers should desire a rewarding future, II Peter 1:11, and they can be inheritors if they remain faithful to Christ. A believer does not want to be in the position of the prodigal son, who eventually was welcomed by his father into a right relationship but wasted/lost all his inheritance.

Every believer is “in” the kingdom but not every believer “inherits” the kingdom. So, a person can be saved and not inherit the kingdom of God.
