Commentary:
Thank you for speaking on this very important topic that causes great confusion to new believers. Perhaps the false teachers keep saying one can lose your salvation to mask what is so obvious to me now, namely that most are NOT SAVED in the churches.
when that's what he's doing all the time himself. The best one
is the one named "why I get people to doubt their salvation"
proving that it's definitely works based what he is teaching.
Reason for Part 2 of "FALLEN from GRACE:
Please watch part One of this study with the associated Blog links.
Because of the complexities of this subject of “falling from GRACE” I am presenting Part 2 to this study titled:
Fallen from Grace Part 2; Peter at Antioch.
As we’re aware, in this realm, we will never fully comprehend the WORD of God. I didn't go into Peter at Antioch when he "after Pentecost, full of the Holy Spirit," backslid into law keeping with the Judaizers - Galatians 2:11-14 KJB.
This frankly blows my mind and over the day and early this morning the Lord placed this heavily on my heart to address in a deeper way this "gray area" bringing to mind the perfect case history of Peter at Antioch.
I understand that Peter after dealing with Paul quickly repented and documented and endorsed Paul's GOSPEL in 2 Peter 3:16 KJB. Notwithstanding, there was that period of time when we have to actually look at Peter's standing in GRACE.
Peter 3:16
“As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.”
King James Version (KJV)
On the surface of Galatians 5:4 KJB Peter had fallen from Grace because he fell into the Law, but ultimately God knew his heart, and this is that gray area that baffles the mind.
This area is frankly OFF LIMITS to explore any further. As Brother Cameron Moshfegh so well points out in his study of the The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, IF scripture does not address an issue it only leads us into evil to find the what of something.
There are however two other extremely explicit scriptures about Peter that shows us his simplicity as a FISHERMAN whom Jesus loved.
PETER WHOM DO MEN SAY I AM? GET BEHIND ME SATAN
Peter confesses that Jesus is the Son of the living God is found in Matthew 16:16 (KJV).
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
This confession is a pivotal moment in the New Testament, as it highlights Peter’s recognition of Jesus’ divine identity. Jesus responds to Peter’s confession by blessing him and stating that this revelation came from God the Father.
Matthew 16 verse 22 of the King James Bible, Peter got into trouble with Jesus when he rebuked Him. After Jesus explained that He must go to Jerusalem, suffer many things, be killed, and be raised again on the third day, Peter took Him aside and said, “Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee” (Matthew 16:22 KJV).
Jesus responded sharply, saying, “Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men” (Matthew 16:23 KJV). This rebuke was because Peter’s statement reflected a human perspective rather than God’s divine plan
23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.
Peter LOVEST thou me? 3 times and Peter responded with yes I Love you.
JOHN CHAPTER 21 KJV (kingjamesbibleonline.org)
Excerpt from "Understand the Bible"
Understand the Bible - From a Workman Approved unto God by His Grace(thethirdheaventraveler.com)
The first and second time Jesus uses the suffix "EST" which is a SUPERLATIVE in the King James Bible for the Greek word "Agape" Godly love. G25. Then the third time Jesus changes to the highest form of love in the sense of Brotherly love G5368 "Phileo".
Why? Because we see each time Peter responded he used G5368 - I love you like my BRO. NOTE: This is before Pentecost. Just as Peter the tough man turned into a coward at the trial of Jesus, Peter was grasping everything in his human logic and reasoning and NOT after Christ with the Spirit of Christ in Him which is the Spirit of TRUTH to also EMPOWER HIM.
John 16:13 and Romans 8:9 KJB.
Please compare with "charity"
Why the King James Bible distinguishes Charity from Love (thethirdheaventraveler.com)
John 21: 15-17
15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him,
GET THEE BEHIND ME SATAN
Any work Peter would have done thinking it was for God would have no doubt will be burned at the BEMA SEAT - Judgment SEAT of Christ. See studies:
I also didn’t go deep enough into “a sin unto death” - 1 John 5:16-17 KJB - a sin that leads to death and a sin that does not lead to death which I will also do in this study.
WHO BEWITCHED YOU GALATIANS?
Galatians 3:1 in the King James Version:
O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
This verse is part of Paul’s letter to the Galatians, where he expresses his astonishment that they have turned away from the gospel of Christ and are being misled by false teachings. Paul uses strong language to emphasize the seriousness of their deviation from the truth.
Peter at Antioch. What happened? Key background information.
Note: Barnabas was also taken up - captivated - seduced by the Judaizers causing the falling out between Paul and Barnabas and John Mark. See commentary below in the Notes.
As I pointed out in these studies of the Judaizers plaguing the first century church, we in these last days are being overwhelmed by that same seducing spirit.
Galatians 5:4
“Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.”
King James Version (KJV)
Very literally speaking, Peter had fallen from Grace at that moment he not only entertained the false teaching of bringing the GOSPEL of GRACE back under the LAW . Basically, Peter was subverting everything Paul did to bring in the MYSTERY of the CHURCH and the GOSPEL of GRACE.
subvert (v.)
late 14c., subverten, "to raze, destroy, overthrow, overturn" (senses now obsolete), also in a general sense, "disturb, overturn" (a condition, order, etc.), from Old French subvertir "overthrow, destroy" (13c.), or directly from Latin subvertere "to turn upside down, overturn, overthrow," from sub "under" (see sub-) + vertere "to turn, turn back, be turned; convert, transform, translate; be changed"
SHOCKING Lesson here is this incident in Antioch happened AFTER the incident whereby God showed Peter that the Gentiles would be accepted into the body of believers.
Study the vision of Peter in Acts 10:9-16, 24-33 KJB of the animals in the sheet and Peter's meeting with a Roman Centurian "Cornelius"

Begin with these 2 scriptures:
The Church of Smyrna: Polycarp martyrdom at the hand of the Judaizers.
Note:
The role of the Judaizers in the death of Polycarp of Smyrna is a topic of historical interest. According to the account of Polycarp’s martyrdom, the Jews of Smyrna played a significant role in encouraging the Roman authorities to execute Polycarp12. They reportedly urged the governor to burn Polycarp’s body to prevent Christians from venerating his remains12.
Polycarp, the Bishop of Smyrna, was indeed martyred in Smyrna (modern-day Izmir, Turkey). He was a disciple of the Apostle John and is remembered for his steadfast faith and courage in the face of persecution. According to historical accounts, Polycarp was arrested and brought before the Roman authorities. When asked to renounce his faith and curse Christ, he famously replied, "Eighty-six years have I served Him, and He has done me no wrong. How then can I blaspheme my King who has saved me?"12.
Polycarp was ultimately burned at the stake, but when the flames did not consume him, he was stabbed to death3. His martyrdom is one of the earliest and most well-documented accounts of Christian martyrdom outside the New Testament3.
Revelation 2:9
“I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.”
King James Version (KJV)
