Stand Down Marine! The Davidic Covenant and what 2 Timothy 2:4 KJB Looks Like in This Realm
Luke 1:31
“And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.”
King James Version (KJV)
2 Timothy 2:4
“No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.”
King James Version (KJV)
James 5:16
“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
King James Version (KJV)
Brother James made it clear the conviction of the Holy Spirit was more than a simple matter of eating the wrong foods (junk food) and overeating. It was him being a hypocrite by ensuring compliance from his clients under his care and grieving the Holy Spirit by not PRACTICING WHAT HE PREACHES. Getting the beam out of his own eye worrying about the mote in his clients.
scripture
Matthew 7:5
“Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.”
King James Version (KJV
TEMPT THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD DANGERS
Acts 5:9 in the King James Bible. It reads:
"Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out"1.
This verse is part of the story of Ananias and Sapphira, who lied about the proceeds from the sale of their property, and as a result, faced severe consequences for lying to the Holy Spirit.

The Battle of Armageddon in the Book of Revelation, particularly in Revelation 19:11-21.
The Armies of Heaven: He is followed by the armies of heaven, also on white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean (Revelation 19:14).
The Defeat of the Beast and False Prophet: The beast (Antichrist) and the false prophet are captured and thrown alive into the lake of fire (Revelation 19:20).
Destruction of the Enemies: The rest of the enemies are slain by the sword that proceeds from the mouth of Jesus, symbolizing His powerful word (Revelation 19:21).
The battle belongs to the Lord
2 Chronicles 20:15: "And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s"1.
1 Samuel 17:47: "And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD’S, and he will give you into our hands"
8Now therefore so shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel:
9And I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth.
10Moreover I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime,
11And as since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine enemies. Also the LORD telleth thee that he will make thee an house.
12And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.
13He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.
14I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:
15But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.
16And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.
17According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David.
Absalom: He led a rebellion against David, attempting to seize the throne. Absalom’s betrayal included winning the hearts of the people and declaring himself king in Hebron, which led to a civil war1.
Adonijah: After David’s death, Adonijah declared himself king without David’s approval, even though David had chosen Solomon as his successor. This act was seen as a betrayal of David’s wishes and led to conflict with Solomon2
- Sin: David committed adultery with Bathsheba, the wife of Uriah the Hittite, and then arranged for Uriah to be killed in battle to cover up the sin (2 Samuel 11).
- Punishment: The prophet Nathan confronted David, and David repented. However, Nathan declared that the sword would never depart from David’s house, and the child born to Bathsheba would die (2 Samuel 12:1-14). Despite David’s fasting and prayers, the child died (2 Samuel 12:15-23).
The prophet Nathan is primarily mentioned in the historical books of the King James Bible, specifically in 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 1 Chronicles, and 2 Chronicles. He is not directly mentioned by other prophets in their writings.

He is stating that the current period of Gentile blessing is distinct from the future literal fulfillment of the Davidic Covenant. It implies that the promises made to David and his descendants will be fully realized in the future, specifically for Israel, and that this future fulfillment is separate from the present blessings experienced by Gentiles.
detailed as follows:
Literal Fulfillment: The phrase argues that the Davidic Covenant must be fulfilled literally, meaning that the promises made to David about his descendants and kingdom will come to pass exactly as stated in the Bible.
Partial Fulfillment: It acknowledges that some aspects of the covenant may have already been partially fulfilled, but this does not negate the need for a complete future fulfillment. In fact, the partial fulfillment supports the expectation of a full realization in the future.
Harmony with God’s Purposes: The phrase asserts that only a literal fulfillment aligns with God’s other covenant purposes. This suggests that God’s promises are consistent and interconnected, and a literal interpretation maintains this harmony.
New Testament Silence: It points out that the New Testament does not equate Christ’s current position with the Davidic throne. Instead, it indicates a distinction between the present period of Gentile blessing and the future glory promised to Israel.
It was while pondering and suffering over the life of David that Brother Cameron Moshfegh came to light.
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”
King James Version (KJV)
Romans 11:17
“And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;”
King James Version (KJV)
