a saint's life is meant to be an open book in which Jesus can clearly show himself to everyone we come into contact with.

you are manifestly an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets ofstone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart. (2 Corinthians 3:3)

Jesus asks us to come to the cross, he never drags us. When we agree,  He brings us to the cross, and when we come to the cross, God will prune us, shape us, refine us into the likeness of Christ Jesus our Lord.  for His glory, amen.  (Mark 8:34; John 15)

My prayer:  Dear Lord in the name of Jesus, bring me to the cross.  Lord pour upon me your great mercy and grace to change me to where others see more of you and less of me.  Amen.
